Thought we played tired, but I'm not surprised with the amount of matches we've had in this recent stretch. Mata had a brilliant goal but thought he was average throughout the most of the match. I've never been a fan of Luiz.. and his current role hasn't changed that. I think he takes stupid shots and seems lost at times while playing. Good win against a tough Norwich side though.

You say that now, but the second he stops scoring you'll be the first person complaining that he isn't scoring. Torres is good for the team right now. He's scoring, and since he has been scoring, we've been winning. I personally hope he keeps scoring. And with your comparison to Mikel. That's a tad bit of a reach saying that because it's not necessarily Mikel's job to score. Whereas Torres, it is his job to score. If it's okay for people to bash Torres, then why is it not okay for people to support Torres?

Past two matches Torres has seemed more comfortable with the ball in his feet. He played well today, with a great first goal and an excellent gross by Hazard. Defense was a bit sloppy again, especially after the 2-0 lead. Imo, we let off the gas to much when we get up 2-0 or more.

Some sort of pessimist you are. The sign of Torres scoring two goals is maybe it's a slump buster. Rather than always hating on somebody to support your ego, praise him for his performance. We need him to be in form.

Players don't seem to want to play for Rafa, Torres can't score, and we're getting killed on counter attacks. Unless all three of those things change, the season is fucked.

No.... it's not ridiculous at all. His passes cause poor first touch, his crosses are low and hard when players are behind the oppositions players. It's pretty logical actually.

Does Luiz understand not everything has to be a rocket? put some touch on the ball.

I honestly think Torres has looked better today, especially the second half. Staying on his feet and controlling the ball better. He's made some key passes as well.

While Torres has been ineffective, we were most threatening when we started doing this.

Only thing he is doing well is his work rate, which is always there. He's just not a threat anymore.
