For those saying he was poor tonight, did any of you think he would be anything other than poor? I think I've seen enough of Sturridge now to know that he is not gonna cut it as a top striker. I heard a good quote this evening, it was 'if Sturridge was food he would eat himself.' And thats true. He's far too selfish to play for Chelsea. He was perfect at Bolton where he could do what he wanted and no one would mind. You just have to look at Hazard for tonights 5th goal, do you think Sturridge would have seen that pass? and if he did would he have played it or tired to shoot himself? Im certain it would be the latter. Thats the differnce between the players who get in the team and Daniel. He's the type of player who doesnt mind losing as long as he's scored and played well. I think time is definately up for Torres at Chelsea, but unfortunately, Sturridge is not the answer.

Enough is enough. Dive or no dive, sent off or not. It's the end for Torres. No passion, no desire, no commitment. Awful with the ball, nowhere to be seen without it. We've done very well this season carrying him but I cannot see that we can go on much longer with Torres in the team. I think it's time to cut our losses and sell in Jan for whatever we can. He's not the type you want hanging around bringing others down with his mood swings so I think it's time to get rid. I so badly wanted him to come back to his best but it's past the time when it could be possible. It's sad but I feel the only way forward.

I think Moutinho is twice the player Fellaini is,andcould get him for around 30mil. I cant see where Fellaini is worth anywhere near 30mil

I hope he does have a long and successful time as chelsea manager but I can't see it lasting beyond this season. The defensive wingers against one of the weakest teams in the league is unexplainable. We should be looking to completely boss those sorts of games, home or away. I hope that situation improves, and I think it will. Yestereday was a very frustrating performance to watch, although that is the worst Chelsea have been in the league so far this season so I dont see any reason to panic. I think they have done ok up to now. 2 other points - I don't see why Arsenal are so scary all of a sudden. They didnt score in thier first 2 games and have played a very poor liverpool team and even poorer southampton team since. The other point is Torres. Im not his greatest fan but anyone who thinks Sturridge over Torres is the answer is IMO very wrong. Sturridge is far too selfish to play at the top level for me, plus not a natural to play thru the middle.
