Just one example: A friend of mine sent me a pic of a pretty girl and talked a bit about her like 4 months before I went to Lollapalooza. When I was at the airport waiting for my flight to Rio I recognized her passing by and even remembered her name. Sometimes I get really scared about my own brain.

Yea, but, with all due respect, your wife is prettier. What striked me most about this girl was how good her portuguese was, I think I've never met a foreigner who spoke it that good. When I just met her I couldn't notice she wasn't brazilian. Her accent was almost perfect and she must have made less than 5 mistakes in a 20 minutes talk. And she didn't know a thing of portuguese when she first got here. Amazing.

Looking better might help making you feel better. But at the end of the day it's all in your head. Your mentality has to change, not your body. No wonder there are a lot of girls who become anorexic because they think they're fat even though they're thin. Because, ultimately, it's about how you see yourself, not really about how you look. It looks to me that you have a very low self-esteem, you should work on that. From my experience, I can say that engaging in activities help me not getting depressed - if I just stay home browsing the internet and talking to people in online forums I get sad/depressed really fast. I need to keep my mind busy in the process of achieving some goal to be happier. Another thing that really helps me is doing physical activities, dopamine works wonders to make you feel better, aside from that, you may bond with other people if you are doing some physical activity in group, let's say, playing soccer. It's really easy to bond with people that way, almost as much as being drunk with them, haha. P.S.: I have a very curious mind, would you care sending me the fake twitter? I'd really like to see what you say there
