Daily Mash take on it THE producers of Big Brother have once again resisted calls to introduce humans into the house, sticking with the all-vegetable format for the ninth year in a row. As the latest Channel 4 series kicks off, executive producer Wayne Hayes said: "I think last year people were shocked when we put a cauliflower and a tomato in the same room. "The attraction was instant, it was just a shame the cauliflower turned out to be such an appalling racist." He added: "It's a fantastic group this year. Let's hope they all manage to stay away from the goat."

The press would mock ceaslessly about 'how no one wanted the job'. Clarke with a Talk Chelsea advisors forum should do it...
-
Thats very true ! Steve Clarke knows the players inside out, and probably commands as much respect as any new incumbent....

Who Do You Want To Be The Next Manager?

Lol, which leads on nicely to Ken 'I'm Pretty Mental Myself' Bates comments; "I understand Abramovich went to Ancelotti to get his opinion on who the next boss should be and was furnished with two names - Frank Rijkaard and Roberto Mancini. "What does he do? He offers the job to Ancelotti himself. Either he knows what he’s doing or he doesn’t. And I know where my money lies. "In fact, the basic problem with Chelsea is that they have an owner who doesn’t know anything about football. "And he, in turn, surrounds himself with lackeys who know precious little themselves. "What do people like Bruce Buck, Peter Kenyon, and Eugene Tenenbaum really know about the game? "And that is what makes the job impossible. After the way Chelsea have treated their last three managers, why should anyone want the job?" Times -
I think if the board wanted Laudrup there would have been some mention by now, but it's still a possibility
-
But it's the positioning that makes them look easy. They kept us on track for the cup, and revitalised us, along with Lampards equaliser, for the 2nd half. Theres loads of top stops hes done all season as well as the above list. Hilarios is worth a mention -gave him confidence, as it's not easy coming on like that
-
All good stops -and crucial as well for many of them -Cechs legs against Liverpool was vital but with an element of luck. Have to go for his CL Final double against Tevez and Carrick, lightning reactions and excellent positioning - would have cost us the match at half time, with no coming back

England's friendly in Trinidad looks set to be wiped from the record books by FIFA. In a huge embarrassment for the Football Association, all the caps awarded - including those for debutants Dean Ashton, Joe Hart, Phil Jagielka and Stephen Warnock - could be wiped out because coach Fabio Capello fielded seven substitutes. Only six are allowed under FIFA rules - so Gareth Barry's first England goal, Jermain Defoe's double and David Beckham's 59th appearance as captain all seem certain to be deemed null and void. Reuters News Capello and Barwick -DOH!

Just waiting for the press conference with Kenyon and Buck sitting either side of a grinning.....McClaren -
Axed Chelsea assistant Henk Ten Cate is in talks with Panathinaikos about becoming their new coach. The Dutchman confirmed that he has been approached by the Greek club and is in the frame along with Denmark's Brian Laudrup. Mirror online. Not surprising that theres a deafening silence from the footballing world for Grants services

Its odd when Mourinho left the 'salmon featured one' was unveiled pretty sharpish -which makes you think Mourinho was stitched up. I'd like to think the board know what they're doing, but they seem like clowns the longer this goes on. Either Abramoich is hanging on for Scolari or Riijkaard or Scalletti is the man ...or they're just picking at random and they'll announce that ''Mick McCarthy is taking us to the next level'' . I cannot beleive ManUtd or any other top club would appear so hapless. Even if they do know what they're doing, the so called PR Supremo Kenyon, has the PR capability of a clown on acid. Hes making the club look desperate and clueless by allowing all this media speculation that is going nowhere. Either shit or get off the pot -
Lol think hes on loan till August (looked it up ), but maybe Mourinhos stopped the loan short...or...horror of horrors the press made it up ?

It could be fairly simple, and the press who are hyping 'candidates' make the club look 'silly'. Theres a strong case for, which I think is probably true, that some of the players despised Grant and Tea Crate, and that there was a scenario of ''either they go or we go'', or at the very least players mooted noises about fucking off if Grant and the fat Tea boy were still around. Given that scenario, the board would have taken the best option to sack the dynamic duo, which would explain why Clarke is still employed. -

I suppose in fairness, just because the club aren't going public, it doesnt mean that things arent going on behind the scenes, that we and the press have no idea about. All our information about candidates has come from...er...the wonderful world of journalism, and we know how reliable they are... -

That is odd that it's all quiet on the Man City unveiling Hughes front. You can add to that a Turkish newsagency stating Zico has left Fenerbache to join Citeh..... Edit; Hughes makes a Mistake http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ity/7431155.stm -
Lol, thing is Mourinho is intelligent, and he'll know who and how to get them -money withstanding. Italian papers are saying Mourinho has immediately put 5 up for sale -including Adriano and Crespo.
-
Ok Avrams in it this year trying to be famous
-
Not Ashley ! One of our best by far. Take a right back instead -we've about 8 of them!
-
I confess I might watch the launch night -tomorrow i think. Just to see the assorted freaks.
-
They (the press) have been saying Lampards off to Barca/Spain every year for the last 5 years, since hes been with his missus, -a sort of annual story they regurgitate from the press archives. Think he'll probably end his career at Chelsea tbh. Drogba seemed to have the most emotinal tie with Mourinho, and judging by the reports of Mourinhos budget -with Drogbas wages, hes probably the only one Inter could afford. Which is nice.
-
ha Ha ha !

..girls with bigger silicon tits than their IQs, emotionally crippled transvestites... ...Yup it's Big Brother 9 time. I know you'll all be watching it
