Zolas mob will have to pay up over Tevez affair http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/7630777.stm

Anelka always has been and always will be footballs foremost mercenary. I see MOTD awarded JS Park MOM. For me Ashley Cole and Mikel were brilliant for us. Alex started slowly, but is immense when warmed up. Reckon we should let him have a go at corners, as Lampard still seems pony most of the time.
-
Must be some kind of injury jinx on the club. At least the keepers seem ok so far!
-
Is he any good ? Never heard of him tbh.
-
Agree they were definitely on the back foot for the second half, just a shame Joe Cole and Anelka didnt punish them when they could have. Still believe this is our year, especially when Essiens back and Drogbas in gear, though have to watch the Arse creeping up on the rails...
-
Didnt think he did too bad. The bookings were fairly spot on, and he'd warned Berbatov and Scholes beforehand. Shame he missed the transexual diving when Lampard challenged, and he should have sent plug off in the 93rd minute. Apart from that he did ok imo.
-
Can be bad, but not as lengthy a lay off as any of the cruciates.
-
The way Man Utd played its obvious they realise they're second best. Lots of niggly dirty play. That said we can definitely improve, and Anelka does seem a bit unconcerned at times. On another day 3 or 4 -1 would have seemed right.
-
For all his vanity and faults he makes Riley look like some circus act. The most cuntish thing he did was make Cech crawl off the pitch after the Hunt kicking, but he also ended Arsenals unbeaten run with a penalty to Shrek that shouldnt have been. If refs were paid a decent remuneration, and held to account, you can bet they'd be more careful...
-
Too right, you never think they have to go on regular 16 mile runs and sprint tests as well. It really is a thankless task, though Poll has used it as a vehicle for his new found 'fame' on various radio stations. Just waiting for him to be on Strictly Come Dancing or something.....
-
Theres a problem with Refs. It has to be one of the worst jobs in the World, as whatever you do you're generally hated. To be a Prem ref you have to work your way up from Sunday league, Semi Professional etc (gobbed on, abused and threatened on the way) and then your in charge of these spoilt wankers on £150 000 a week. They must be some kind of masochist. The FA needs to give them decent money, so a better calibre of people would do the job.

He seems to be shitting himself a bit recently, and what happened to ''I dont talk about the opposition'' ?? Father Alex McGuire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OH9LAGP1BjA
-
I think he has a valid point...no I dont, what the fuck am I talking about? What the fuck has it got to do with him ? Who rattled the Northerners cage ?? What a cunt.

Reckons the League is tops; (Mail on Sunday) Wilkins' first task is to prepare his new players for a clash against United on Sunday and, having earned a reputation for one-on-one psychology during his previous spell at Stamford Bridge, he will looking to have a quiet word with some of the key contenders. 'If it's just a few words in the right direction and it helps, then that's what we're hoping to achieve,' he said. Wilkins' first piece of advice to his new troops, however, was to insist the Premier League should be their priority this season. 'It's vitally important you win your own league,' he said. 'It's a good time to play United. They have played six games and only won only one of those, while we've been outstanding.'

(..and WAFA Cup Thread) Robinho last night for Citeh.....Bag 'O Shite.
-
Really ? Thought he said he was going to unleash the transexual. The Manc fans will be giving it the big ''Whooooops!'' when Terrys on the ball, and will get all manner of abuse.
-
That looks a safe bet . He may play Malouda after his Bordeuax performance and one of Drogba or Anelka. Kalou may get another chance as well. Joe Cole always plays well against the Mancs ...Doesnt Scolari let them know a couple of hours before kick off ? Will Ferdinand be brave again and kick another woman ?
-
Lol Talking of which there was some Israeli rag after the Bordeaux win that had the headline ''Chelsea win Despite not Having Grant'' I kid you not. Yup Clarke can fuck off to the pikeys now. ..
-
Should be a 9 point gap come 4:00. I expect the Manc fans will be booooing JT, which will fire us up. 3-1 to the whitesocks.

Gathering momentum now; Ray Wilkins is set to make a dramatic and emotional return to Chelsea as a replacement for Steve Clarke – just in time to face his old club Manchester United. The Chelsea great is in talks with the club over a role as assistant manager to Luiz Felipe Scolari and an announcement could be made as early as today. Wilkins, who joined the club as a schoolboy and became their youngest ever captain when given the armband aged 18 in 1975, is seen as the perfect man to replace Clarke given his popularity with fans and his long-time links with the club. Not only did he make 198 appearances for Chelsea, scoring 34 goals, but he was also coach under Gianluca Vialli before departing along with the Italian in 2000. Since then he has been an assistant to Dennis Wise at Millwall and worked alongside Peter Taylor with England Under 21s. But he has also maintained his links with the Blues even playing regularly in the Chelsea Old Boys team. Now the former England midfielder, who was 52 last week, is set to return to his spiritual home and will be seen a crucial part of Scolari's backroom team. Mail on Sunday

Lol this thread was bound to create controversy with a question like that. Havent you asked this before Hingis ? I would consider it every fans duty to make it a priority to make the pilgimage and see the team play at least once, where ever they are, like Yougs did from South Africa. Fucking hell if Muslims can make it to Mecca....

£25 + Free Scarf Tonight
Fulham Broadway replied to Fulham Broadway's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Fulham Road was like a bygone era after the game seeing all the scarves....they should give out rolled up Levis, Ben Shermans and Doc Martens next game. -
The way the team are playing, there should be a 9 point gap come 4.00pm Sunday. Belletti is becoming a top utility player, no gripes, just comes on does what hes told, and the boy has a hell of a shot on him.....
-
Was a right smash and grab partnership, Gudjohnsen and the startled eyed Dutchman. One of the hardest shots in the game, shame the cunt couldnt head the ball ...

This is a good move by the club, if The Scum can be believed. He has an excellent football brain, is Chelsea, (only went to Salford because the club were borassic), and can eventually see him as No 1 if it all works out. Thursday trivia:Met the ''crab'', and sorted him and his brother Grahams tax affairs out.
