Kepa, Enzo Fernández, Thiago, Reece James and Koulibaly need to behave, all one booking away from missing the second leg along with Mudryk and Gallagher
-
And so it continues...tragic

Come on Bayern !
-
What I am looking for tomorrow from Frank is some quality arm folding, and a big frown as they score their second
-
You'd like to think so but widely reported, and wouldnt put much beyond them. Signing players based on their astrological star signs ?
-
Minutes silence at Anfield next week for Robertson. T shirts to be sold outside.

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly 'asked for James Corden's opinion' before appointing Frank Lampard | Daily Mail Online James Corden the West Ham fan. Did he ask him about transfers as well ?
-
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly's reportedly turned to his friend and TV presenter James Corden for advice, before taking the decision to appoint Frank Lampard as interim manager until the end of the season FFS

Tinkering with this and that probably to mask the ever present mediocrity, moving the deckchairs on the Titanic If we're going to have years now in the wilderness like under Ken Bates, at least bring back hooliganism to liven it up 🤪
-
Yup will we get 21 Trophies under Boehly and the Swiss hedgefunders. Rhetorical, but they will make some money doubtless
-
Thats the problem, why is there nothing to aim for ? We have become a club of low expectations, a self fulfilling prophecy. So the mantra becomes ''next season''. Fuck that Spurs mentality. I normally calm down after an hour after a defeat, not worth getting worked up about. I am still fuming, can see the bigger picture, and the morass of constant shit results we're sleep walking into thanks to current ownership

When Abramovich and Buck were sacking managers for a couple of losses, or for looking at Roman in a funny way, whatever, there was shock and emotion from fans and the media, and backroom staff at the brutality. However it turned out that ruthlessness was a 100% winning formula in terms of titles and trophies. The real tragedy is that any new manager now, will get away with 10-15 losses, and it will seem an 'improvement' - an 'acceptable' position. People better start getting used to it. On the positive a few tweaks could have an immediate turnaround - starting with some leaders on the pitch.
-
Winning 4 out of 21 under Abramovich would be unthinkable - wouldnt happen. New ownership has created the low expectations and the notion that mediocrity is the new normal. The press conferences, and post match excuses - we played well, bla bla bla is the equivalent of the slow boiling of the frog. Put a frog in boiling water and the horror is immediately apparent. Put a frog in cold water and slowly heat it, it barely notices before it dies...

Feel sorry for our travelling fans -abysmal performance A 90 minute crying wank

Good point. I always noted Hasselbainks comments and analysis on TV to be 100% accurate-and thought why isn't he on our coaching staff ? Now he's been recruited by England national team.
-
Bit of a sweeping generalisation there
-
This is exactly what Pat Nevin said - take your time, rush into it and it can be a costly mistake. Having Frank as interim is a prudent pragmatic approach.
-
He was very chummy with Kai at the end last night...maybe Teutonic bonding maybe more
-
That is fucking grim reading. Disgusting that teenagers or anyone with a grudge can get hold of such destruction -basically because the NRA and arms manufacturers dont want arms share dividends to fall

As long as Frank can come on and replace Kova just as he is about to shoot
-
Yup, Lamps till the end of the season it is

Think I read Kante is being moth balled for Madrid. But isn't it great he's all over the pitch again
-
Gary Neville is right 'Chelsea are a superb team, but there is no one in the team who sees it as their job to score goals' Imagine this lot with prime Drogba....
-
I think it would dramatically reduce the deaths and maiming. You are right there would still be illegal guns, but making it an offence to have one would overnight reduce the killing. But sadly we know it will not happen, whilst there are more guns than people in the US.
