    The fact that he said Terry will *normally* stay captain makes me feel he's no longer an automatic choice - which is good. Remember when he'd drop Carragher for the benefit of the team, regardless of how the fans felt? It was the right decision usually.

    Yes!!! Xavi Valero who he's added to his backroom staff is great. Apparently he's one of the main reasons for Torres being so great (in the past) during one-on-one situations. He'd privately tutor Torres and explain to him goalkeeper's mentalities etc. so he could think ahead.

    Rafa wants to bring in a goalkeeper coach. I know why, but I think it's a bad idea. He'll want Cech to work on his collections when the ball is in the air as Rafa likes to use Zonal Marking from corners, usually with no one on the posts. He likes his keepers to jump up, grab the ball, then throw it far to the lone striker up-top for a quick break.

    Hopefully he handles any smart arses asking him about quotes he made regarding us and our fans during his Liverpool tenure. He's been in England before of course, but first impressions at new clubs can make or break you at times. Good luck Rafa.

    Some of our most respected and followed Chelsea Twitter users are doing *everything* they can to actually make fans turn on Rafa already. Even editing quotes, not posting them in full context etc. Not good. Thought they, we, everyone was just a bit better than that.

    My Liverpool friend says that there's no point listening to him in press conferences or in interviews as absolutely nothing he says makes even the slightest sense. "Torres will play as the potato while Mata will act as the ketchup. Who puts potatoes and ketchup together? Well I don't but I'm sure someone does." That sort of stuff.

    Camacho. Camacho. Camacho. He's like a less annoying, stronger, more intimidating version of Mascherano. He would be bloody perfect for our double-pivot assuming we have a playmaker beside him. (Mikel would do the job fine for now!)
