This guy is unbelievable.. Grew up in the US, played for noname Florida teams, only came to Europe last January for Leganes B, not even one year later he is a wanted man. I saw him a few times after hearing a lot about him in various podcasts, he is AMAZING. Most surprisingly, he is not a raw talent but seems to be very mature and understands the game like Garnacho never will. Pretty surprising from a guy who got his football training in Daytona Beach.

Maybe 15 years later we will laugh about this moment, today was the day when we appointed the next generational coach who reinvented football, the Wandsworth Guardiola.
-
Oh, didn't know Will Still was sacked by Soton. If he is free, we can even appoint him, has more appealing resume than Rosenior.

My first ever game at the Bridge was Chelsea-Fulham 2-2, in 2006 December. Gaffer scored an own goal, proper Chels! From 2:30

When a new manager comes, it's always a vital question who is his favourite player from previous club he wants to bring. Chillwell? Amogou? Diego Moreira? Sarr and Emegha are scheduled to join in the summer, let's see if Liam will be still here.

What does "pip surfer" mean? I googled it but still have no idea, sounds something I want to know..
-
It's a no-brainer for Rosenior. For example, Fabregas/Iraola/Glassner are on-demand names, if I was them I would seriously consider wheter Chelsea is right step or should wait for other oppurtunity. But what is Rosenior risking? I didn't see his name circulating around top teams, not even Premier League. Pay rise, chance to shine, and only can benefit from it. If he fails, he can still find Champo/French league jobs, if he (even moderately)succeeds, his value can rise, his carreer can lift to a new level. Better wait for the official announcement. I still remember for the Omorodion incident..

Mourinho... Geez.. This board have already got rid of three managers(Tuchel, Poch, Maresca) because of personal issues, I am sure appointing Mourinho would work out fine.
-
It actually happened with Bayern last year.. They got turned down by Glasner, Klopp, Ragnick, Xabi Alonso.. Kompany was like 5-6th name on the list, and it goes fine.. Not saying our situation is the same but trying to find the silver lining.
-
This didn't age well.. Still factual though.
-
If we don't have plan, then why sack Maresca? Results have been suboptimal recent weeks but it's nothing like Lampard/Potter/Mourinho trainwreck situation. If we have a better candidate right now then fine, but I don't see who can we move right now. I hope we are going for Fabregas he is doing tremendous job in Como. But on the other hand, I like him a lot, don't wish him this shit job.

2025 was the first year since 2020(Lampard) which we completed without manager change, not even Tuchel managed to stay for a whole calendar year. Kudos! Happy new year to everybody!
-
Gusto and Acheampong switch position. Not very ordinary to see fullbacks switch flanks, but I guess thaz's what you get when two LB and one RB is missing.

BOOM
-
Uh, Petro almost got that.
-
Also kudos to Semenyo, well done man!
-
Mate, that is such a 2026 problem.. First worry about Bournemouth 😄
-
Wonderful.. And Today we have to shake for 85 minutes wheter he gets booked again. His 12th yellow card in PL in 2025, top of the league!
-
Love it! Expect James, the best man can get.

Yes, these were great, but there were/are things not to be so happy about: - long term injuries of key/aspiring players like Colvill, Fofana, Lavia or Palmer makes it hard to build the project. It's January and Palmer/Estevao shared like 10 minutes on the pitch. - team is unpredictable and two sided, still. We smashed Barca and had a terrific game against Arsenal, then what happened? We complete lost our shit with no real reason. Or just look at our last two games.. Against both Aston Villa and Newcastle, we had two completely different halves. The team has high ceiling, but the floor is pretty low too. - new signings didn't really made us stronger. Essugo, Delap, Gittens, Garnacho, Hato, Andrey Santos, Buonanotte, Joao Pedro, Estevao. Expect the latter, which one would one safe to say he made the team better? - shocking player management I mean, not like I feel very sorry about Sterling or Disasi, but it displays amateurism that players bought for huge money 2-3 years ago got banned from visiting training and such.. Guiu/Jackson/Emegha situation is also incredibly stupid, we managed to own 3 strikers who are now 2nd-3rd choice and communications with their club went horsecrap. Mudryk situation also dissatisfies me, we just decided to pretend he doesn't exist, not good communication.

And also that Ghana was unable to qualify to the 24-team AFCON.. Either way, let's get over this.. 2025 has been a mixed year for us, good and bad spells came and go, let's have a good time all this eve!
-
I thought Mamadou Sarr was the 20 years old CB "all the top clubs want"
-
Joao Pedro touched, didn't he?
-
Guessand AFCON Mings and Pau Torres injured. And most importantly Sir Barkley in unavailable.

14 years old Bolivian wonderkid set to sign in 2029?
