Strange I thought we played better once we went up one. We were in control and probing fie a second. I think the result has many here buying into the media propaganda about 'negative' tactics. I would encourage you all to go watch the game again when you've cooled down and watch how we played after we scored. It's stings that we conceded late but we were by far the better, more threatening team on the day.

I don't know what game you were watching. We were so much more threatening than them in the second half. They hardly had a kick... We didn't get the second goal but that wasn't a result of not looking for it.

Are we talking about city or utd I'm confused? If its utd I would say we were well in control of the game up until the last mins? We had all of the good chances in the second half so can't really argue with the approach. The result stings a bit is all

Meh.. They still carry a threat going forward. It wasn't great but once again it almost worked. Why are we talking about city anyways? That was a great result. This game leaves a sour taste but we came so close, despite having a poorly officiated game.

to be fair, felliani is one of the best aerial targets in the game. Not exactly an easy mark.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. It's impossible to produce right or wrong answers when you talk about player comparisons. For my money I'd take hazard over DiMaria 9/10 times.

Bale? Modric? To each his own I guess... DiMaria is a very good footballer but I need to see more before I say he's a world beater. Madrid lost him and haven't skipped a beat... That is telling. And he was sold for footballing reasons. They bought Bale who took his position, they shifted him deeper and he played well going forward, they sold him and bought Kroos who is a better fit.

You may be correct in that assertion, there wasn't much in that game at all. Don't see where that is valid in what we're talking about though... You're right though back to the game.

Last year that was Modric or Bale for me. DiMaria is a very good player but he's never EVER been the focal point of a teams attack. Cesc has, Hazard has. If after this year DiMaria plays out of his skin for the entire season he will be in the conversation, right now he's the new kid on the block who everyone is in awe of because he's fast.

The thing about that term 'World Class' is there isn't really a criteria to go by. The term gets watered down easily for this reason

DiMaria is good, at Madrid he was buoyed by being on an incredible team. This year he is a standout player on a team with no identity... He is good but he's not better than any of the players I mentioned but you're entitled to your opinion

DiMaria is the new flavour of the month... He's not better than Hazard, Aguero, Silva or even Fabregas. He's the new guy that no one ever watched play before who has surprised people with his ability.
