  1. Well it wasn't really obvious. To me at least.
  2. I'm in such a great mood now, looking forward to this. I almost wouldn't be bothered too much if we lost. That's how good of a mood I'm in. I'm sure that'll change when the game starts though. Ummmm......
  3. But Falcao does create his own chances. If our double pivot can remain strong, with a destroyer and creator, it will allow our front players to display their creativity and thus we will play free flowing football.
  4. No. Its because I find him very annoying. He should stop quoting me.
  5. Yeah he had a great 5 or so months at the beginning of the 2011/2012 season and has been average ever since (A long time to be average). He's overrated.
  6. Well one day I'd like to see Mata and Oscar in midfield, just to try it. Should be against a weaker side and preferably at home. It could work like a charm and we could end up being brilliant in possession. Mata would play as the most advanced of the 3.
  7. So I'm assuming you'd drop Mata and go with something like this: Mikel Ramires Oscar Moses Torres Hazard Would be an interesting team. Could work really well perhaps. Maybe start Mata in midfield as well and out Arsenal, Arsenal?
  8. I really do believe he'll be ours in January. Only 3 more months until we get this monster and fans of other teams start quaking in fear. Hazard Oscar Mata Falcao Imagine that coming at you . It will be the best attack in the EPL without any doubt.
  9. How do people rate Mata, Cazorla and Silva in relation to one another. I think Silva and Mata are very similar. Cazorla is a bit different. For me its: •Silva •Mata •Cazorla I think Mata is underrated. Silva has become grossly overrated and Cazorla is fast going down the overrated road as well. Silva is slightly better than Mata, for now. I think that may change by the end of the season. Cazorla isn't as good as either of them when it comes to the final third but is a bit more complete, all owing him to play a bit more deeper in midfield. However I don't think he excels in any area. He is a very good player but is 28, so this is basically his peak. He won't get much better. Same can be said for Silva who's room for growth is fast decreasing. I think Mata can/will become the best out of the bunch as he is still only 24.
  10. Exactly. A voice of reason for once. I don't know what it is on this forum but so many users overrate opposition players and underrate our own. Most non-Le Arse fans can see Mata is better. Throw in the fact that he is 4 years younger and there is no way Cazorla is as good as him. He's fortunate he plays in a team that values slick, possession football. It makes him look a bit better than he is. Anyway, lets not dicuss Mata vs Cazorla on this thread, it's becoming too off topic. I'll try this in the Mata thread.
  11. Apparently not. He should start against Nordksjajdjslan or whatever their name is, in the Champions League game midweek.
  12. Hope Spurs can at least hold United to a draw. About time AVB did something...
  13. You're doing the same I'm doing...Assuming. Cazorla is a good player but is being overrated. Mata is just about as good as Silva.
  14. All you've basically said is that Cazorla is a more all round player. Fair enough but Mata is much better in the final third. They're different types of players I guess. However I suspect most people would choose Mata in their team before Cazorla. Mata is just simply better and more creative.
  15. What nonsense. Until only recently, people barely even knew who Cazorla was and now he is better than Juan Mata? LOL
  16. Juan Mata is better than Cazorla. You must be talking about another Mata.
  17. You might want to see a psychiatrist about that.
  18. If Cazorla is a genius, what does that make Mata...? Is this a trick question? Mata is obviously the better player.
  19. Can you please stop quoting me before we get into an argument? You're annoying...
  20. Agree, hope we rape them and put them back in their place. Anyway, If we do see a surprise from Robbie, that being Azpi at RB, it will be because we need his pace. I was thinking, if we were to choose a defensive type winger for the RW, why not try Azpi? Better technically than Rambo, gives us more width and good crosses. I think Moses tracks back fine though, so he could start. Ivanovic Luiz Terry Cole Ramires/Lampard Mikel Azpilcueta Mata Hazard Torres Or Ivanovic Luiz Terry Cole Ramires/Lampard Mikel Moses Oscar Mata Torres
