Happy birthday Big Man! Who let the Drog out? Hiddink did!
-
Who gives a fuck about Liverpool, We are better than them Tbh I don't fear anyone at the moment, We showed real charcter in the second half, Drogba is scoring for fun now, We have a good squad, We're going all the way!
-
WE'RE GOING TO ROME! WE'RE GOING TO ROOOOMMMMMMEEEEEEE!
-
ESSIEN! What a way to mark his return That free kick was across the line aswell, We broke Juve's momentum and hopefully we can score again!
-
Looking at the team line ups, We will score, and win. They are far far too old.

Ranieri managed Chelsea between 2000 and 2004 Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri says an early goal is imperative if his side are to overturn a 1-0 deficit against Chelsea in the Champions League. Ranieri will start with Alessandro del Piero and David Trezeguet up front for Tuesday's tie in Turin. "We need a goal right away," said the former Blues manager. "We need to play like we know how and score goals. "Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink has had some great results but sooner or later he'll have to lose." Ranieri added that he would be looking to the Stadio Delle Alpi faithful to be his side's 12th man. "English clubs can struggle on the road," he said. "Our fans really need to give us a hand." Chelsea, who have won all five matches under Hiddink, failed to win away from home in this season's group stage, drawing at Bordeaux and CFR Cluj and losing 3-1 at AS Roma. Hiddink has vowed that his side will not be sitting back and protecting their lead in Turin. "It's always nice to have a clean sheet," said the Dutch coach. "That's very important. "But if you just wait in the second leg and hope not to concede, willing not to concede a goal and not have any initiative in the game, you will have a lot of problems. "So, whenever we can, the team must attack. It's in their character. We've not come here just to defend. That would be asking for trouble. "At this level, it's tight. Our game at Stamford Bridge was tight. Tomorrow it will be too. "When you are in this period in Europe, I don't want to talk about luck but you have to force luck a little bit." Juventus have not lost their last 13 home matches in the Champions League, recording 10 wins and three draws. However, Juve were eliminated by English clubs in their last two appearances, by Liverpool in 2005 and Arsenal the following season. The 1985 and 1996 champions sat out the last two seasons following the Italian match-fixing scandal.

The team I'd like to see play is... GK: Cech RB: Bosingwa CB: Terry CB: Alex LB: Cole DM: Essien DM: Mikel CM: Lampard RW: Stock LW: Kalou ST: Drogba This lineup gives us everything imo. It gives us a steady defence, With Essien and Mikel controlling our passing, They will likely start an attacking midfielder so its vital for us that, If we want to play it flat, We play to holding midfielders. There att midfielder will just put one of our DM under pressure, So playing two would stop Lampard playing deeper, What Ballack and Lampard had to do against Coventry. I know Stoch will probably not feature but I'd play him in this kind of match. We need pace, and he certainly provides it. If a big high ball comes up to Drogba, and he lays off a ball to Stoch at the edge of the area, Stoch is more than capable of turning his man and firing a shot on goal. This is two big of a game to throw Carvallho into, So i'd leave him out. If we line up with this, We are unlikley to conceed to play, and we would be more than capable of scoring.

For me, In the pub watching Chelsea batter United 3-0 to lift the trophy infront of them, About 50 United fans and 1 of me. Loved it! For the team, Beating Barcelona 4-2, will never forget going 3-0 up. Wayne Bridge's goal against The Gunners at Highbury, Finally beating Liverpool in the Champions League last season, But I'm sure the proudest moment will be when Terry gets his hands on the Champions League trophey this season!
-
40,000 for the Chilli Peppers and 35,000 for Bon Jovi wasn't it?
-
Hiddink must have been resting Stoch for the Juve game We played decent football at times, Quick on the counter attack, Malouda was useless, Ballack wasn't great, Quaresma done well when he came on, Drogba was good, Terry and Alex were solid but they nearly let that Best in. Great to see Essien back, We've been missing him even though Mikel has done well. Bosingwa and Ashley both caused Coventry problems, But the one aspect where Coventry got us was Eastwood was hassling Mikel, So he couldn't pick up the ball and pass it, So we had to go for a different option. Wembly awaits, All thats left to say now is, Come on Fulham!
-
We're going to Wemberly!
-
Really looking forward to the game, No better thing than Chelsea first thing you wake up I'd take any win aswell, Coventry will go out with nothing to lose so hopefully we exploit them on the wings, This is a game Ashley and Bosingwa will excell in.
-
Its live on ITV, hopefully no breaks in between the game The team i'd like to see GK: Cech RB: Bosingwa CB: Mancienne CB: Terry LB: Cole RM: Stoch CM: Lampard CM: Mikel LM: Kalou ST: Anelka ST: Drogba
-
Get rid of Ballack anyway, He can't pass a ball 3 yards.
-
Nah, Drogba scored against West Brom on Boxing Day
-
Sweet Jesus, He isn't ready yet, He wouldn't make any impact against a physical side like Portsmouth. We have too stong of a bench to be testing players out, and its not the time of the season to be doing that. I'd much rather see Stoch coming on. He is a better prospect that Di Santo IMO
-
Don't bring on Di Santo unless Drogba is injured.
-
For Loan, Yeah, Are we paying his full wages? COME ON Chelsea CLOSE IT OFF!
-
DDDDDDDDDRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOGGGGGGGBBBBBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!
-
FFS Come on Chelsea!
-
Malouda and Deco must go I'd also say Drogba and try and sign David Villa. Belleti, Ballack and Pizzaro
-
We can't afford any more slip up's if we want to get second, If Man United fuck up big time first. The system is working at the moment, Kalou is playing well, Anelka is playing well and Drogba looks like he wants to play, In my opinion Drogba and Kalou enjoy playing together, they do it now for Club and Country. Why change that? Why change a winning formula? Quarsema is someone we can use when one of those three get injured, He hasn't been good since he left Porto and he has a good game in every 10. He fits into Scolari's system, But I don't think he fits into Hiddinks. I'd like to see him come on, maybe after an hour, 30 Minutes is plenty of time to make an impact but the fact of the matter is that if we really really wanted him we would have made a bid for him, Instead of getting him on loan. We have him for backup, I'd rather see Miroslav Stock, a young prospect who has a future at the club and in football in general than a player we have for a couple of months.
-
If he went to one of the 'big 4' apart from us i'd cry.
