Yea I get that but its 2 weeks mate not 2months. They should be plenty fit if they practice with high intensity is all im saying. Its a very short window, they wont crash and burn for not playing a match for 2 weeks, at the very end of the season it should be helpful actually. That match could have easily costed us more than RLC in those conditions.

It was utterly stupid to have this match at the time. Play it after the final not before. And I dont buy the notion that we would not have been match fit, you dont go stale after 2 weeks. You could easily just do intense training and still be fit. RLC wont be counted on this season, give him the time to build up again and have him go next season.....thats if he even can be the same player. Ugly injury.

Soumare looks decent actually but only if we use him as DM, not Kante's current position. Young strong physical and good at driving forward when he wants. For a decent fee its ok imo but then again not exactly where we are weak, surely other areas require more urgent help. It is said its battle between us and manu, he will get much much more playing time at manu.

Well some even here still claim we are crazy to say such Things. You just have to look at Fergie years and its clear as day. One look at pool in 13-14 settles it. One look at Pool this season should really open your eyes that footy in Eng is bent. Yeah we probably wouldnt have had Kova. Having the know how when to renew and when not to is a big factor in running a Club, being astute enough to get rid of a player that is either spent or average is crucial.
