Does anyone think this player could be a viable alternative to Modric? He's been labelled the next Xabi Alonso and can provide the creativity from deep. He's very capable defensively and could easily play as the defensive mid alongside Lamps or Rambo while also playing as a deep-lying playmaker alongside Mikel or Romeu. Lamps probably only has a few years left while Josh probably needs a good season long loan at a premier league. We unfortunately haven't been linked with him yet (he's been rumoured to go to Bayern) but I believe he could potentially be a better, younger, cheaper, more versatile alternative to Luka Modric. Edit: Mods can delete this, I kept getting an error version with the other Martinez thread so presumed it wasn't working but I'm able to get in now.

If Chelsea had to buy a RB, who would be your pick? I've heard good things about Azpilicueta, Debuchy and Clyne.

Is there any need for a new RB with Hutchinson coming into the squad and with Kane also looking promising. I've not seen an awful lot of either, are they good enough to be 2nd and 3rd backups to Ivan?

What does everyone think of Junior Hoilett as a potential backup winger for Hulk and whoever else we get? Or will Marin, De Bruyne and Kakuta provide enough cover? Along with even Sturridge and the 'Blue Kenyan' as wing options as well, would getting Hoilett be too much?

That's a shame, we could really do with someone like him. You mentioned Witsel also, how highly do you rate him? If Benfica sold him, how much do you think he would cost?
