To have enough game time for 8 attacker imo is extremely difficult. That is 8 for 4/3 positions. If we are talking about fringe player, old or youth sure no problem. But the majority of them are young and upcoming player who definitely hungry for game time. In perfect world you want constant rotation but that only work in fm. In reality team does not rotate that much. Soon you will have plenty of unhappy players. I think only city has 8 established attackers but they play with 5 attackers.

Forget Barkley. We can only 4 attacker. Havert, tammy, werner, cho, puli, mount, ruben, ziyech. All young player, except ziyech, but that is 8 attacker

IMO what is more interesting is not what werner can do, it is more can our team bring the best out of werner and at the same time still look solid defensively. How do we maintain balance with werner-tammy playing up high. Will and can our rw track back and protect his backline. Pedro and willian have played that role very2 well for us for years. But both of them are gone. Can Pulisic, cho or ziyech do that for us. Another problem was lack of control. We tend to play up and down without having ability to keep the ball in opp final 3rd. This is why tons of analyst said that our game look like a basketball game. Playing Werner who is very direct will make us eveb have less control. So how do we solve this problem

Nah, pool were dominant at both games but they played far better at nou camp but they could not score, at Anfield Messi was having a feast, constantly creating chances if Barca had Dembele or messi and suarez wasn't old, pool would have conceded more than one.

Finally got to watch Sancho more. Interesting player, very2 skillfull with excellent ball control but he is not explosive. I can see how he can be very useful for team like United.

Muller was fantastic. His movement and his ability to link midfied with attacker is ridiculous.

I think without release clause havertz will cost 100m+. Werner will play high on the left, quite similar to puli role. He will be asked predominantly to make run behind which is what his best strength is, and we will have ziyech creating from the right.

He won't play as cf very often. he will primarily play as winger and backup striker. Of course there is going to be games where we play 442

CB are least of my concern for our team. Won't consider signing anyone unless a WC player are available for good price. Pool played three disciplined midfielder. Mount Kova - Jorgi Are kinda poor version of bayern Muller Thiago - Kimmich Very2 similar in term of their role and what each player offer to the team. Mount not a technically gifted player but offer energy, running, pressing and box threat similar to muller. Kovacic offer similar attribute as Thiago. Jorgi does not provide enough protection to our backline which is a massive problem.

It come down to balance. IMO we never looked decent defensively this season until last two games where we play Willian, Pedro plus Giroud. Two very2 solid winger and still one of the best target man in the league. Before that although we have been collecting points, I have never felt comfortable especially defensively. We are bit all over the place. This is where Kante can help us. If our future is with puli, cho and Tammy we need a solid midfield, otherwise it is very difficult
