Apparently there should have been a penalty for Bolton, the ball hitting John Terry's arm according to the online commentary, but according to one of the commentators, there was only one player appealing.

Deco and Lampard both waste two very good chances. Deco attempted to chip Jaaskelainen when he could have tried a side-footer and the ball drifted wide, and Lampard shot straight at the goalkeeper - a foot either side of Jaaskelainen and it was 3-0. Very wasteful.
