  1. It best not be, there's no need for that in football. 0-1 half time
  2. Sturridge with an elbow in the face on someone. Looked deliberate. If so he can get the fuck off the pitch.
  3. I do... but I honestly can't imagine what he's done? If he didn't come out Drogba would have scored anyway.
  4. A stretcher for a head injury? I wonder if he's twisted something when landing? Or broken a nail maybe. Actually looks quite serious. Neck brace and oxygen mask. Hope he's okay... can't imagine what he's done though. Hope he's alright.
  5. Get the fuck up Rocha you tart. EDIT - actually looks like he's hurt.
  6. Am I correct in saying we now only have three recognised defenders? Terry, Alex and Ferreira?
  7. Carvalho injured... Alex is stripped off, possibly coming on.
  8. Feel really sorry for James. As a keeper I know exactly how that feels. Just a horrible bobble, not that I'm complaining considering we're back in the hunt.
  9. How can he pass it wide when we have no width?
  10. No width at all. Change the fucking formation to a NORMAL 4-4-2, and get Joe Cole on, for fuck's sake.
  11. Some of the worst football I've seen this season. Its wonderful to see a decent goalkeeper between the posts again.
  12. Anelka dropped, about time. Hope Danny does the business.
  13. Put it this way - we win every game, which we can, if we raise our game - we win the title. The team is good enough to do it BUT let's not forget United also have to go away to Citeh
  14. Get him in the team, push Yuri forwards and leave that waster Ballack out of the team.
  15. Who else plays there? Mikel? He's hardly Kaka, is he?
  16. Every game just seems like we're waiting for Drogba to bail us out. It's awful. Here's our season without him: August 2009: Saturday 1st August 2009: Reading [away], Drew 2-2 Sunday 9th August 2009: Manchester United [away], Drew 2-2, Won 4-1 on penalties Saturday 15th August 2009: Hull [home], Lost 0-1 Tuesday 18th August 2009: Sunderland [away], Won 3-1 Sunday 23rd August 2009: Fulham [away], Won 1-0 Saturday 29th August 2009: Burnley [home], Won 3-0 September 2009: Saturday 12th September 2009: Stoke [away], Drew 1-1 Tuesday 15th September 2009: FC Porto [uCL, home], Won 1-0 Sunday 20th September 2009: Tottenham [home], Won 2-0 Wednesday 23rd September 2009: Queen's Park Rangers [CC, home], Won 1-0 Saturday 26th September 2009: Wigan [away], Lost 0-3 Wednesday 30th September 2009: APOEL Nicosia [uCL, away], Won 1-0 October 2009 Sunday 4th October 2009: Liverpool [home], Won 2-0 Saturday 17th October 2009: Aston Villa [away], Lost 0-2 Wednesday 21st October 2009: Atletico de Madrid [uCL, home], Won 4-0 Saturday 24th October 2009: Blackburn Rovers [home], Won 4-0 Wednesday 28th October 2009: Bolton Wanderers [CC, home], Won 3-0 Saturday 31st October 2009: Bolton Wanderers [away], Won 3-0 November 2009 Tuesday 3rd November 2009: Atletico de Madrid [uCL, away], Lost 0-2 Sunday 8th November 2009: Manchester United [home], Won 1-0 Saturday 21st November 2009: Wolverhampton Wanderers [home], Won 4-0 Wednesday 25th November 2009: FC Porto [uCL, away], Won 1-0 Sunday 29th November 2009: Arsenal [away], Won 1-0 December 2009 Wednesday 2nd December 2009: Blackburn Rovers [CC, away], Lost 2-3 Saturday 5th December 2009: Manchester City [away], Lost 1-2 Wednesday 9th December 2009: APOEL Nicosia [uCL, home], Lost 1-2 Saturday 12th December 2009: Everton [home], Lost 1-3 Wednesday 16th December 2009: Portsmouth [home], Won 2-1 Sunday 20th December 2009: West Ham [away], Drawn 1-1 Saturday 26th December 2009: Birmingham [away], Drawn 0-0 January 2010 Sunday 3rd January 2010: Watford [home, FA Cup], Won 5-0 Saturday 16th January 2010: Sunderland [home], Won 7-2 Saturday 23rd January 2010: Preston [away, FA Cup], Won 2-0 Wednesday 27th January 2010: Birmingham City [home], Won 3-0 Saturday 30th January 2010: Burnley [away], Won 2-1 February 2010 Tuesday 2nd February 2010: Hull [away], Lost 0-1 Sunday 7th February 2010: Arsenal [home], Drew 0-0 Wednesday 10th February 2010: Everton [away], Lost 1-2 Saturday 13th February 2010: Cardiff City [FA Cup, Home], Won 3-1 Saturday 20th February 2010: Wolverhampton Wanderers [away], Drew 0-0 Wednesday 24th February 2010: Internazionale Milano [away], Lost 1-2 Saturday 27th February 2010: Manchester City [home], Lost 2-4 March 2010 Sunday 7th March 2010: Stoke City [FA Cup, home], Won 2-0 Saturday 13th March 2010: West Ham United [home], Won 2-1 Tuesday 16th March 2010: Internazionale Milano [home], Lost 0-1 Sunday 21st March 2010: Blackburn Rovers [away], Lost 0-1 And that means: We're in the FA Cup Out of the Carling Cup in the Quarter Finals Out of Europe Community Shield Winners And in the PL we'd be on 46 points - 19 behind where we currently are, and in 8th place - 1 point ahead of Everton.
  17. Hardly his fault when you have tossers like Bollock and Clueless Kalou on your team.
  18. The manager has to take some blame. He doesn't seem very adept at making substitutions to change games. I appreciate our squad is depleted through injury but how can you leave Joe Cole and Sturridge on the bench on a day like today, where pace and trickery were VITAL against a physical side like Rovers?
  19. If you're going to be offensive at least use something with a bit more punch than 'retarded.' Seriously though, no need to call anyone names. Keep it friendly. I'd love it so much to be proven wrong but I genuinely can't see us winning anything this season. If you want my opinion, I honestly think one of the biggest factors this season is the Terry saga - its affected him and it seems to have had an adverse effect on the players too.
  20. Totally agree. Chelsea, United and Arsenal have gone backwards whilst the likes of Villa, City, Fulham, Everton and Spurs have all improved. There really IS no easy game in the EPL anymore but still we really should be beating Blackburn. It's more frustrating than disappointing because we ARE good enough to win the league. Bring in some fresh blood in the summer.
  21. Missing him so badly. Who'd have thought he would become such an important part of the team?
  22. Mathematically, no. Win at Portsmouth and we're one point off top. Realistically, yes. I can't see us going to Old Trafford and winning, and I can't see Arsenal dropping too many points either.
