No reports so far from Kompany being injured in Belgium. He was in doubt though, so it could be certainly true.

Ofcourse I'm a bit biased, but I have to disagree. Fellaini may have less quality pure as a DM compared to Romeu (if about that I'm not quite sure), but Fellaini has so much more all-round qualities. Everton with or without Fellaini, it's noticeably different.

Think that's just because off the England - Belgium game. Belgian players really think they can win at Wembley, which will result in a 3-0 loss or something. Too many players (Hazard, Lukaku, Fellaini, Dembele, Mignolet, Kompany, Vermaelen) trying to prove something.
