I completely agree except on the death should be denied part. I think they should be granted death a few weeks after they live with their injuries without any medical.

I think he played a lot as RB when he was on loan in QPR. I really hope AC Milan make a move for him (Ivanovic) in Jan. Like you (and I) said, Riccy will be off in a couple of/few years and Mancienne can step up for us then. Which means Ivanovic or Alex has to go as Mancienne won't get chances and will leave if Ivanovic or Alex doesn't. Or we can sell Ferreira and make Ivanovic our 2nd RB and Mancienne our 4th CB.

Really, really hope both of them get the death penalty. Or at least 75+ years prison without bail sentence for whoever didn't report the crime.

I agree. We have a lot of that here, too. Sometimes I think the death penalty is too nice. The criminals of these kind of crimes should be tortured for at least a few weeks first and then killed.

Yes, the defense position can be trimmed IMO. I'd rather see Ivanovic sold than see a youngster who has potential and truly comes from the youth academy leave because he won't get chances. I posted that even Terry was brought in from another club in another thread.
