Thank you, that is one thing that has pissed me off so much. Sure Torres had plenty of chances to score but was denied by wondersaves and in some situations he should have buried them.... but when Cech kept dumping long balls to him... when that is clearly not his game really annoyed me. That was just bizarre.

I still can't believe we are so close to getting him... and today it's all over Brazil. If you read what some Santos' supporters have written it's really sad swearing at Chelsea and Roman etc... I actually feel for them, they've had Neymar since he was 12 and finally he is doing good and now he is going to most likely leave them Really sucks for them, but great for us. So near, yet so far. Neymar join fast! I swear I may be in tears when he officially signs for us. But it will be a sad day for everyone in Brazil.

Btw a Fun Fact for you all When Neymar was 17 he almost signed a pre-contract for Real Madrid... but right at the end Santos convinced his parents to sign the contract with Santos.Thank God he is still at Santos.

But Neymar isn't going anywhere but Chelsea, he already has agreed here to come.. his friends want him to come, he has praised London, Roman wants him to come. Once the Copa Libertedoras is over, he is ours. Tell you what, if he doesn't sign for us.. I won't post on the forum anymore. Yes I am that confident. I don't see him staying at Chelsea forever though, he will end up at Barca or Real in 5-6 years most likely.

Please read on top mate before you post... if Chelsea offer Santos £23 million they HAVE to accept as it does reach their clause. Santos own 60% of Neymar.. and he has a minimum release clause of £39 million. 60% of £39 million is £23.4 million. Last year we almost signed him, however Santos refused and asked us to pay the minimum release clause at that time was £30 million and they themseleves would pay to DIC. But this year if we offer them £23 million pounds they have to accept and have no choice. But the overall transfer would be around £30-40 million including what we would pay the DIC, etc.

Yes correct we will be basically paying the full 39, which is why as I said we most likely structured the deal with the 3rd party (NIC) and have already sorted that out. So when we bid 23m for him, Santos have got to agree as it does reach the release clause because the other half has already been sorted with the 3rd party. It is a risk but believe me this player is going to be big, under the right guidance we may have one of the best player's in the world for the future. His vision, flair, speed, creativity is just all amazing. And only 19 as well.

Neymar's release clause is around £39 mill and Santos only own 60% of the £39 The reason I definitely think Neymar is ours is because we've most likely structured a deal with the NIC group that owns the other 40%. I've been watching Santos play for 3 years.. just cause of Neymar But yeah they can win all that and I'm sure they will most likely win the Libertadores... and will want to win the Club World Cup too next year if they win the Libertedoras... and Neymar knows he has to leave for his career. And yeah my point was considering Santos know he will leave they want to get the most out of Chelsea obviously.

Absolute bargain if its true.. and at first I thought.. no way but.. considering how bad Roman wants him and how his friends are here.. Roman may convince him to leave.. and if he makes up his mind leaving... then his value is bound to drop... and we may get him on the cheap.

I know it's The Sun but hey at least it's new news. And I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we got him for around 25 million despite him rejecting us last year.. if he wants to leave and says it publicly... then yayyy!
