He's just having a bad game like many of our players... stop looking for excuses. The funny thing is, the people who want De Bruyne to start every game are the ones who make up all the excuses in the book for him when he's not been so good, yet they're so easy to judge the likes of Schurrle saying he's not good enough and that KDB should be playing instead... I have nothing against KDB, i like him! it's just some people here act like he's the second coming, and if he's having a bad game it's not his fault, it's the managers...

It's called rotation, you cant expect him to use the same eleven for every single match.

I'm not buying that, he's a defender, his job is to defend not go chasing the ball when he should be in our box. I'm not saying he was the worst but it was frustrating seeing him constantly run out to try and get the ball leaving our defenders vulnerable. His need to boot the ball up field is increasingly annoying as well, 9 times out of ten it's a poor pass.

He also started the United match and was poor, this squad is big and you have to fight for your place in the team. Schurrlle played very well against Bayern so it wasn't really a surprise he started. KDB has started two games out of the four in the PL, it's not like he's getting no game time.

Most of the Belgian posters on this Forum are great, but some of the newer ones are starting to piss me off. It's like they don't even support Chelsea. Lukaku was sent on loan for a reason, i trust Jose's opinion more than them.

Needs to step it up big time, he's our best player but he's too scared to do anything... run with the ball, stop, pass back. He should of been subbed not Mata.
