You do have to wonder about the players chain of thought in general. Is it the time side look at the (interim) manager with a dose of "don't need to listen to you mate, I'll be here (if I choose), you won't". Either way, we have a very, very deep rooted problem. Hazard gets his all important first goal, then is dropped to bench, and the curious case of first name on the team sheet being Mikel.
And what is it with all this interim manager bollocks??? If you know you are going to bin someone, then do the time honored dishonorable thing and arrange a new manager behind the existing managers back. One year rolling contract and bin him in the summer if/when it goes tits up.
Hiddink has been getting better results, but there's not much in it. Palace and the arse away have been priceless. At home however, we have been dreadful.

It is inexcusable when players turn up for a game of this magnitude with so little desire, so little effort, so little hunger for the occasion. The majority of our players are an absolute disgrace. Truly is embarrassing.

With our current defensive state, and prima donna players, I conclude that we are going to get bent over and fucked.

Overall, we were dreadful today. Defence is absolutely no more, midfield haven't got the fight in them and attack wise is shallow. HAve things improved since Jose was binned? No. Results may seem better, but, on paper they should be in any case.
Arsenal next weekend, will be different.

We are dreadful, truly dreadful. Have things improved since Jose left? have they fuck. On paper, results look like an improvement but we scrapped a draw against the worst Man Utd team in 30 years, and beat a palace team on the way down, add to that home draws against Watford and West Brom. This isn't a management problem this is a player problem, and the players are shit.
And now we are fucking one down. Dear fucking god.

Showing my age a bit here, but I was at a League Cup 2nd Round, 1st Leg tie away to Scunthorpe in Sept/Oct 88'. Dreadful, dreadful night. I think around 800 of us there, 0-1 down, late equalizer (Kevin Wilson I think), to spare our blushes, only to concede three late goals to lose 1-4. Fucking dreadful.
2nd Leg at The Bridge was one of the six games where the Shed and away end were closed after the Boro 'riot'. Me and around 5800 others. No away fans because of said ban. Treated myself to East Upper. Fairly confident that we could turn it around...I should be so lucky, 2-2 on the night for a 3-6 aggregate. Work the following day was nothing more than having to suffer extreme ridicule from Yids, Arse, Pikeys, etc. Which was par for the course at the time because we were shite in the cups, utter shite.
Hope we put 30 past them tomorrow
