  1. No idea as of yet. I think we'll know soon enough
  2. As long as Chelsea plays with character, desire and flow, I'll be alright. Though I must admit, if we do lose it'd sadden me alot especially when Manchester United lost, Arsenal got an unlikely draw, and for us not to take the chance to get back into the title race is waste.
  3. Couldn't have said it better, well written mate. People need to understand that we need to win games, make decisions to win games not pamper stars. It's the badge in front, not the name on the back, that counts.
  4. Oh sorry. I used to use another forum and a guy claimed there that it was made by him and let me use it. If you want, I'll remove it. Let me know.
  5. I might go to London in summer 2012. Going to army this year, save up money and hopefully be there when 2012/2013 season starts. All the best Steve!
  6. I'd put Essien in for Mikel, Malouda or DD in for Zhirkov.
  7. Great pre-match from Jamie Redknapp and Sky Sports: http://www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,26691,16430_6722508,00.html Carlo does sometimes reveal lineup days infront but I guess this time he'll keep it as long as possible.
  8. I was just working out and during mid session break checked livescores. It was 2-1. Thought to myself that if I give my maximum this training, Wolves will win. Sounds silly but that's how I am! This will give extra motivation for Chelsea. It'll also relieve the pressure on them to some extent.
  9. MANCHESTER UNITED LOST 1-2 TO WOLVES!!!! I know it's offtopic but it's more than important for our title dreams. All connected! Can't believe it! Arsenal draw 4-4 and ManU lose 1-2!!!!!
  10. http://www.101greatgoals.com/videodisplay/daniel-sturridge-tottenham-8410479/ The vid is of Sturridge's goal. Here's the news: ARSENAL MANAGED TO SLIP ON 4-0 LEAD TO END UP 4-4 WITH NEWCASTLE!
  11. People who could go, OUT: Anelka (wants MLS, wage bill cut), Ferreira (getting old, high mistake factor, wage bill cut), Zhirkov (28 and hasn't shined, seems injury prone though I like the pace. I'd sell him if we get a winger in because we've got Luiz and Van Aanholt to fill in at left back), loan out some youngsters - can't give names before we bring someone in to see who is a surplus. Perhaps Hilario (35). IN: Agüero OR Sanchez, perhaps a AMF but that's not really that important. That'd be a complete squad. Defenders(CB; LB, RB): JT, Luiz, Alex, Ivanovic, Van Aanholt, Bruma, Bosingwa, A.Cole Midfield(DMF;CMF, AMF): Lampard, Ramires, Essien, Mikel, McEachran, Benayoun Forwards(SS; CF; Wingers): Drogba, Torres, Sanchez OR Agüero, Kalou, Sturridge, Malouda, Kakuta I don't see room nor need for Neymar and Lukaku. I'm sure they're great but we simply don't need them. There's no point getting every POSSIBLE future star just so we can keep them away from our rivals. Let's trust in our own players and give them a fair chance. If Bosingwa goes, bring in van der Wiel, otherwise no point. We've got defenders covered nicely as it is now. In two or so years we might need a AMF to bring flair to that position but I think with McEachran and Ramires, we're sorted. If we do get AMF he has to have a cannon in his foot like Lampard. Would give us so much extra like Lampard has done (20 goals a season consistently, amazing) Key words: TRUST and PATIENCE. KTBFFH
  12. It is a tricky situation for him. In a way he wants to show respect to Liverpool but the same time wants to show Chelsea that he's with them in heart and mind. No need to celebrate if he doesn't want to as long as he plays with passion and we can see he wants to play against any opponent, be it Liverpool, Manchester United or even Schalke.
  13. I'd love to see Drogba end career at the Bridge. He's a legend and will go down as one of the best - look at his scoring for us, more then goal every two games. He has had a bad season so far but that's down to his malaria illness, minor injures. As far as I'm conserned Drogba is not for sale. I'd consider letting Anelka (who has expressed his desire to try out MLS) and Malouda. The likes of Zhirkov, Ferreira can be sold. Does anyone have any idea how much Bosingwa earn weekly? I believe we should keep Bosingwa with us for atleast another season, even as back-up. I've hear we're in hunt for Gregory Van Der Wiel so that'd sort us out. All in all, I can see us part ways with Zhirkov, Ferreira and PERHAPS Anelka and Malouda. With Drogba - no chance, and rightly so. Read news of us letting Mikel Obi go, nonsense. The guy is sill very young, soon at his prime and his performances are constantly improving. Most of this is just media fabrication where they fail to mention the facts behind the numbers. Like some people mentioned previously, these numbers don't exclude Ballack, Deco, Carvalho, Belletti, Joe Cole. Club wouldn't harm themselves, and the fact that we've bought Torres and Luiz in January is a statement of our intent as well as our improving financial status despite Fair Play being introduced soon enough. 14. Don't know about Suarez, will watch the Liverpool-Stoke game tonight. As far as Carroll's concerned he will miss the Stoke game. According to the Liverpool fan forum Carroll should be fit by weekend BUT I've seen Newcastle fans saying that he should be back after the international break, so it's not really sure either way. Suarez and Carroll both are semi-fit. Suarez has a match pause following his biting incident in Eredivisie with Ajax, and Carroll has been injured. We live-we see.
  15. Found quite an interesting article on goal.com. http://www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2011/02/02/2334681/english-comment-chelsea-are-back-to-their-clinical-best-so
  16. Hard one to call, perhaps easier if we see Liverpool vs. Stoke tonight. But with the signings, form and increasing self-confidence I can see us win 2:0 or 2:1.
  17. I agree with the posts above. I think he will be introduced as a late sub, depending on how things go. More likely scenario seems to be though that he'll be starting a league game against "weaker" opponents. Having said that, every game is a must for us if we are to catch Manchester Utd. I'm sure we'll give them a fair battle this season.
  18. Woah, I had to watch that three times. Really really nice to see them with us. Words can't describe it.
  19. Are there any David Luiz pictures around? Perhaps signing, shirt posing or training-arriving? Interviews?
  20. Platini seems to have something against the British teams. He'd cut into his own finger if he did take sanctions against the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City, Barca and Real Madrid. The furore is because we 'sinned' by making two ambitious and wave-making transfers. Imagine Champions League with Rangers, Celtic, Malaga, Sevilla, Hoffenheim etc - would turn into Europa League. Either way I'm not worried and I'm confident Chelsea will sort it out. They wouldn't have bought them two if they'd harm themselves, especially when it comes to Europe. KTBFFH
  21. I'm more than sure Torres will start on bench and be introduced into the game at some point. Which makes sense though judging from Drogba's performance I wouldn't rule anything out. Kalou was alright actually, bit sloppy and wasteful but i'd give him 6.5/10 or 7/10; Drogba 5/10; Anelka MOTM 10/10, Lampard 9/10 unlucky not to score his second, JT 9/10, and Bosingwa started to show signs of his old self.. a good 6/10.
