  1. Frank Lampard was an exception, and he was almost never injured under Mourinho, the injuries kicked in 3 years after Jose left. And after that, he came back just as strong as he was ( End of 11-12 and the whole 2012 season )...
  2. He isn't forced to anything, he talked about RLC right after the game, and he suggested before Porto that if the regulars keep underperforming he would drop them for youth.
  3. Ancelotti had lost squad depth and various important players, Ballack, Deco and so on. This is a totally different case where the same personnel are performing awfully.
  4. If any coach deserves forgiveness and second chances, then it has to be the best one this club has ever had. Sort yourself out ! #theOne
  5. And I believe that is exactly what he needs from the board !
  6. I'm perfectly aware that what I am about to post could cause a shitstorm by being reallt controversial at this exact moment, but after sitting down, forgetting about the awful game just gone in particular, rearranging my thoughts on the matter, I think I might finally be able to fully express my opinion. My unconditional love for Mourinho has got a huge hit, three times in a row in the last few days. The first one came on the day of the game against Porto, I was perfectly glad hearing what he had to say about no intouchables and picking the best guys at the moment, but when the teams were out, I felt extremely disappointed by him, mainly because of the fact that he kept underperformers such as Ivanovic and Fabregas, and benched Matic ( I was quite mad about Hazard too but then we all just knew he had a child the day before ). I was really defending him before that, although not necessarily understanding what good he keeps seeing in picking Ivanovic, but I kept believing in him. The second one was during the game early on, when subbed off Matic, I was absolutely furious with the manager i could've called untouchable at Chelsea for the last 10 years, the picture of Matic sitting on the bench, with tears in his eyes, feeling down, disappointed, emotionnaly weak, and Cesc still strolling around the park doing fuck all absolutely pissed the hell off me, I was shouting all sorts of words and that was the moment I said, José, your time is over, and joind the #MourinhoOut campaign. The third in fact was his interview, at the time, I thought it was an absolute disgrace, we are a team having huge collective and individual problems, sitting 16th in the table with 8 points from 8 games, what we need is a collective wake-up call, solidarity, empathy for one another, not a cocky individual show by our already within sacking distance manager, I didn't want him to talk about himself, talk about the team for fuck sake, defend them, remind everyone that we are champions, and that we are coming back, these bunch of guys deserve more credit than they got last year and surely need more support and kicks in the asses than you standing up only for yourself, talking shit about referees THREE FUCKING TIMES during a single interview and making it the headline of every Chelsea defeat you've had along the way since you came back, or stating that the club NEEDS YOU to avoid spreading the wrong message obviously, it's always on the manager, nor slamming the already destroyed Matic publicly while Iva and Cesc could jerk off on your suit and you still would be picking them. I have no problem with the fact that the club need to be careful with the message they are sending, that the bunch of guys who were bu a country mile the best of the country just a few months ago need to get their shit together and turn it around individually, nor that we need stability, solidarity, cohesion and standing up for each other in these tough times as it is arguably the hardest time this club has seen for over a decade or so, BUT, I do have a problem with you going fully psychic in the interview, insluting the press, blaming referees, and expressing all of the matters we experience publicly, we win together, and we win together, if you do not want the axe, get your shit together, protect your players, NOT BY BLAMING REFEREES, NOR BY TALKING ABOUT THE SACK SHIT, no. First, give credit to the Southampton players for the absolutely magnificent game they had, yes, they were so mainly because we were shit, but give yourself some class, give yourself a breather, build sympathy around you by giving credit to those who deserve it first in such an important interview in your career and Chelsea's season. Secondly, slam the team collectively, not the ref, extremely disappointed with the display, we were awful, we were shit, we deserve to lose. Then finish your interview by claiming that you see the end of the tunnel, that your players know how to turn it around, that champions don't disappear in three months, use whatever poetic words you need to, MOTIVATE THEM IN FRONT OF THE PRESS, pick them up, take the blame : " We know how bad we were, we are working on this, it's another disappointement, but we will come back, I promise". End of story, don't talk any fucking refereeing nonsense, don't talk about Matic, avoid questions, apparently you have been doing so for 15 years now whenever you wanted to, storm out of the press spot or whatever it is called having transmitted the right message, no more no less, the board have the decision, the referee did his job, we were bad, congrats to the saints, we work and we will come back, we stick together and we were champions a few months ago. FULL FUCKING STOP. This is what I was ideally waiting to hear from Mourinho, but then again, that was the biggest deception i had with him to date, these 3 events. On his defence, he had some pretty fair points. - Our players play absolutely miles below their normal levels, stand up for yourselves, be men, no bullshit like Matic being afraid to go out there and play, pick yourselves up, you are Chelsea and are paid a shitload of money by the club to perform your duties, that money comes mainly from stadium revenue, so you OWE IT TO THE FANS. - As much as we win together, celebrate, and so on, WE DO LOSE TOGETHER, everything should be worked out within the club, even individual mistakes, we should all help each other, this generation has already lived pretty euphoric moments by cruising to the title last year, and the team spirit should be absolutely fucking high, as much as the belief that they WILL turn things around. - Last point, what kind of message does the board send if they sack him ? Now pardon me, I am absolutely furious about the way José put it, he made it look like it is ALL ABOUT HIM, and that we need him, and he deserves a few tough words from the people above him, but he is absolutely right. Everyone at the club have been going on and on about the need for stability in the last years, the need for a long-term project, a successful generation, youth, an identifiable chelsea blueprint, etc. WE SHOULDN'T QUIT at the first tough test, if i learned anything by supporting this football club for more than 10 years, it is that we never die, as long as we fight, and we have already turned absolutely critical situations around, we CAN do it, and we SHOULD stick by our plan. Say we sack José, fair enough, he absolutely deserves it at the moment with the results, his attitude AND his favoritism, I do not wanna argue with the pros and cons of each available coach out there ( as we already know there aren't much ), do we know guys how much it takes for the guys to get used to the new coach's methods ? Do we all know we need to pay Mourinho absolutely ridiculous money to bring over someone with whom we might not perform as well ? Do we know the shitstorm we would be inclined to come the end of the season ? With all the departures ? New ways of working ? New era ? Say we got Klopp, nobody will convince me he will keep us winning for a decade, no manager will in the current european football, what do we do ? Sack him after 18-24 months again ? No, I do not wanna go that same route again, we have a plan, we stick to it, we do NOT wanna open that door, do we know how much it costs us to change a team according to the newcomer's philosophy ? Didn't it cost us trophies in the past 10 years ? Didn't we need caretaker after caretaker ? Once we go that road, we are NEVER coming back. One of the best moments i had to witness in football is Sir Alex's departure speech, against Swansea on 2013, I will never forget one of his most powerful words " You stood by me, stand by your manager". I do NOT believe we should stand by any wanker who comes along the road, no one could even get close to half the dynasty Sir alex built and I don't think what he achieved will ever be matched again. But who are we talking about in our case ? This is JOSE MOURINHO for fuck sake, if ANY FUCKING MANAGER EVER DESERVED BLIND GREEN CARDS, FORGIVENESS and SECOND CHANCES IN THIS FOOTBALL CLUB THEN IT HAS TO BE HIM. We owe to him the trust, for the moments he seemed to lose it and completely got it back, remember winter 2013 ? post tottenham when we were losing and drawing last year ? AND HE OWES US A LOT, STARTING BY WORKING WITH THE PLAYERS AND FIXING UP THE FUCKING MESS THEY ALL MADE OF OUR FOOTBALL CLUB in the last few months. I want him to stay, fix that with the players, get back on track, because that will make this football club STRONGER THAN EVER, we are not pussies who run from the responsibility anymore, i do not wanna turn into madrid, keeping the prestige of sacking managers when things go wrong at the expense of winning ONE title in 7 years, ONE Champions league over 12 years and getting absolutely smashed by Barcelona throughout that period. I want this football club to come back from down below, I want my manager to get back to the real legend he was, the one that we used to love, STOP YOUR FUCKING REFEREEING BULLSHIT, you can say that when you have a won a few games and feel unlucky, I'm totally for the manager standing up for his team and that was one of the things I absolutely hated about Ancelotti for one, start picking the players that deserve, bench those who don't, don't be affraid, you know how messy the situation is, you KNOW that if you keep picking underperformers you WILL EVENTUALLY GET SACKED, your choices might bite you. Double your work hours in your office, analyze your team, find answers, you are Mourinho, one of the greatest coach the game has ever seen, if you wanna anchor your name forever in the history of this football club, pick yourself up and bring us back to the top, i believe he can, and I believe our players can come back stronger and feel absolutely invincible when this horrible nightmare is over, I want PEOPLE TO TAKE THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AND FIX THIS SHIT THEY MADE This just to say, that I have been defending the guy for months/years now, and that he absolutely let me down in the last few weeks/days, and that I was the first one calling for his head all over the internet on the heat of the moment after the game today, but this is also to say that we owe each other a last chance, for what he has done for us, and for the mess he has done to us, we don't live the good moments only, we take the whole package, if we want to have a successful history together with this manager, we stick through THICK AND THIN. I have absolutely no idea what the guys on the board think, I just hope he gets exactly this kind of speech, because he deserves a chances, even though I am ABSOLUTELY furious with him, but give him a chance to fix his shit. KEEP THE BLUE FLAG FLYING HIGH.
  7. How would you test Guardiola's Barcelona defence when they used to score like 3 or 4 goals in the opening 30 minutes thus killing off the game and had the best pressing in the history of football lol
  8. Seriously, this guy should be our vice-captain. But I'm gonna avoid this debat for obvious reason. Now I had another thought, if we had our fullback issues sorted, with decent replacements for him and a good RB, this guy could totally play in midfield, his energy, power and discipline would totally make him a good TEMPORARY option as a DM or in the double pivot. Too bad he is actually our only decent option as a Fullback IN BOTH WINGS
  9. Something really weird happened during the game. I was watching, then i missed a few actions because i had to go the toilet to take an ivanovic, then when I got back, I saw that Pedro went out, funny thing I didn't even realize he was playing at some point... No seriously, José should stop hurting our love to Iva by benching him, I can't stand criticizing him this much and I surely don't want his legendary status in my mind ( which has now already been tarnished ) turn into hate or worse, BosingwaKalou-like esteem.
  10. I am one of the guys that have defended Mourinho the most over the course of his career, why ? Because I always found sense in his choices and decisions. I don't feel that now, he is a shadow of the real Mourinho, the one that one us the league last season, the one that would BENCH A FUCKING PLAYER WHEN HE'S THAT BAD. I also thinks he is losing the dressing room, what he did to Hazard today and Matic Saturday and today while playing Ivanovic and Cesc is totally unacceptable, And I also think that the real pressure from the board starts against Southampton...
  11. JT in the center and Zouma at right back, surely can't do worse than Iva. Sorry but nothing justifies selecting Iva and benching Hazard Matic. This is bullshit.
  12. I give up. I won't stop supporting him, since we owe him a lot as our legendary coach. But you can't talk about not having untouchables and then bench Hazard, Matic and Terry before Cesc and Ivanovic. Cesc was always talking about how Mourinho convinced him to come to Chelsea, telling him he would be a really important player for his future plans blablabla, I'm pretty sure he used strong words to bring him and that he just doesn't wanna be hypocrite to Cesc by doubting his status. This is not the Mourinho i loved down the years, this is a false copy.
  13. It's the first time for a while that I agree with everything he says post-match.
  14. OMG, if it stays this way, I would be extremly nervous watching us against Newcastle later...
  15. Even if they do win today, this just shows how wrong it is to write off teams and predict the champions 5 games into the season, there is a long long way to go, and it really isn't that common to see a team stay top of the table the whole season like we did last year ( and hadn't it been for the alphabetical order, wouldn't have been the case either )
  16. Is it just me or did Kane get incredibly slower since last season ? Not yet in shape maybe ?
  17. DIERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
  18. Tiote doesn't play anyway and Cisse has been absolutely crap from what I've seen, so I don't think it changes a lot, they still have Anita and Mitrovic for these positions.
  19. No, it's not because of weaker opposition. He just had more defensive instructions in Mourinho's first spell, which continued under Scolari, Hiddink and more importantly Ancelotti. During the first part of the catastrophic 2010-2011 season he was our best player, and without him it could have been worse.
  20. This is getting ridiculous. The guy is so talented, and has always been, it didn't magically happen today, he just had lost consistency due to his lack of game time ( and the coach's instructions, including in Mourinho's first speel, restricting him to a more limited role ). Today, we didn't have Oscar Hazard and Cesc, our three main creative assets, he stepped up because he know that the team needed someone to play that role ( or Mourinho simply told him ). This is why i keep saying that Mikel only knows to make back passes is a huge false stupid myth, he just follows the coach instructions to play a deeper role, because he is so good at keeping the ball and reading the game.
  21. Who invented the stupid Mikel back pass myth By the way ?
