The thing is with Sturridge, he gets less chances then alot of our strikers get, he just executes them all, he has brilliant confidence, isn't scared one bit on the pitch. Think what Sturridge could be capable with even better assistance at Chelsea. I could never forgive anyone for selling Sturridge, i really couldn't, even if Drogba stays for next season, i want a lot of rotation for Sturridge, since he deserves it.
-
He should definitely not be sold by Chelsea, i don't think i would ever forgive carlo, he's got big talent, and we need to use it. Well Hernandez saves games for United, so does Sturridge, so i guess he is Chelsea's Hernandez, though there's a difference, Ferguson actually PLAYS Hernandez.
-
STURRIDGE EQUALISER!!!, 1-1, GO ON STURRIDGE!!! Really happy for this lad, good to prove Carlo how capable he is. 4 games 4 goals.
-
1-0 to Man United all ready, that Hernandez magicly comes to save them all the time... Sturridge score another goal!!!, prove to Carlo, your the Chelsea elite!.

Park is out, that's a good thing, are they playing Scholes?, if so then we must close in on him very quick, Scholes for me has to be one of the best midfielders there is, even now at his age he's one of the best passers going. His pass completion is brilliant, you could see in the Marsellie match how he was screaming at United for not making any runs, we must watch out for Scholes's passes, especially his long balls to Nani. We still have some big threats of this match, Berbatov, Nani and Scholes, that's if Scholes is playing, which i have heard he is. There threat would be Torres, but i don't think they have any threats from our midfield, Lampard isn't at his best at all, though then again we play completely different to United, which doesn't just rely on counter long balls like they do. Just got to keep possesion in midfield.
-
Lets be honest ever since Fernando Torres joined Chelsea i think anything is possible to happen, it was very unexpected for me.
-
Voted it five stars!, best Chelsea forum i've come across i'll tell ya. Be funny if someone would rate the others 1 , oh now lets not get competative.
-
The only thing is, winning Man U, which i really do hope we do, would really just be handing the title to Arsenal, and the last person i want to see cheering and holding the Premier League cup would be Arsen Wenger.
-
Well he's loaned out at the moment, so we don't have to get angry on Tuesday. There's no way i'm hyping this game up, we always lose when games are hyped up, plus the only top team we've beat this whole season is Arsenal, that was when we were in form. Winning would be good though, shuts the whole team up, and god knows the boost it would give us for the rest of the season winning them.
-
Just saw the article on BBC, still want Man United to win it though rather than Arsenal. I don't think we have a chance of winning at all, but if we get into the top 4, and kick Tottenham out, i couldn't be anymore happy with Chelsea, then we can get back in form the next season.
-
Good post, thanks for sharing this. I forgot exactly what Torres has done against Man United but i know it's good.
-
Aguero, seen some of his matches and he's a total fighter, he's got attitude to win. Good player, just like Hulk, but i don't think we need a Striker, i have a lot of faith in Sturridge to play along side Torres, he deserves it we should at least try it. Buying Aguero for Center field or a Winger could be a good choice, but i think he would much rather be wanting to play first team striker if he ever came over.
-
Well even if we lose, as long as Ancelotti wears that funny hat again, that will make me laugh at least. But spoken well, but i think United won't let us push like that, to be honest i can imagine them trying to dominate the game first and rule posession. They have made long balls this whole season to Nani, we want to be able to cut that off.
-
Yeah true, hopefully he can be switching with Malouda in the Man United game.
-
I don't think Defence is the key, i think our defence is capable for a clean sheet only if our Midfield can keep possession much more, if it's anything Midfield is the key, our Midfield hasn't been it's best lately, but we need to find out some way to stop United, Bosingwa and Luiz are perfect for this because of there pace, United have been doing long balls this whole season to there wingers, need to handle that. United will soon break through our defence, they always find away, that's why we need to give the defenders little trouble and keep possesion upwards, just like Arsenal do. Midfield is important against United, i liked the build up formation some people are using the 4-2-2-2, it could be a good idea, but it has a back fire to. It's a bit of a guessy game this one for United, gotta do our home work on them then pick the suitable formation. Ramires would be a great idea to handle Nani for midfield i agree with that, he's got much more pace than Nani has, much more balance, where Nani doesn't. Ramires has got some good tackles. It looks like Ramires will be giving him more trouble than a right back haha. Have Essien playing with Ramires would be a good idea, Lampard though, i really do not know, switching with Malouda and Zhirkov could be a good choice, Zhrikovs still recovering so i don't know if he can play a full game. Drogba and Torres upfront, Drogba still doesn't open up by second half, get Anelka on. The only risky thing is with Drogba he's trying to prove himself to much, he could get a little greedy and not pass to Torres. Best hope not.
-
Hope it is just paper talk, because at the moment Zhirkov should be on for Malouda, and Malouda on the bench.
-
Lol i saw this on yahoo news, hope he puts Copyright on it before Arsen Wenger starts using it.
-
That's the spirit, also we have to be honest, Drogba is in a bad moment. But that doesn't mean we should lose faith in him for the rest of his life. Lets not forget it was just the begining of the season everybody was voting Drogba for Fifa Player Of The Year 2010, but he wouldn't of won it anyway since they changed it to teams for some stupid reason. Either way the malaria was very sudden for him, to be honest everything was so sudden we did not expect it, like who would of thought we would be on a huge winning streak dominating every team, then suddenly play the worst match of our lives and lose to Liverpool, then what happens next, the sunderland match Drogba couldn't even run on the pitch. It was very sudden, but who knows, all this sudden stuff could happen again and Drogba could shine. I would bet Drogba's got 3 years in him. However i do think he will leave in the summer still, but i still have faith in Drogba that he has not lost all he is, Lampard maybe, that injury he had took everything out of him, where Drogba i think it's morale definitely, but lets be honest when the teams playing well so can Drogba, just goes to show he hasn't lost it, how can we forget that goal against Bolton?, and the goal against Tottenham to equalise. I don't think we should totally give up faith in Drogba, he still has it, just the team is in such a bad state at the moment. Though if he does leave i think he will, i will still have to say he will remain a Chelsea Legend.
-
Spoken Wisely. Totally agree with you, we have to get used to having bad moments. It could be time for rotation, and our creative midfielder (hate to say this) on his last legs, it's a problem. If there's any new midfielders for next season i would like for next season it would be McEachran, Hamsik or Dzagoev. I agree about when where on form we are brilliant, like Arsenal are on there top form at the moment, but hopefully Fabregas and Walcott are out for some time it can be a struggle for them. If you put all the teams on there top form, Chelsea are garaunteed to win the Premier League, i would bet all my money on it, we are the best when were on form. And if Arsenal were in the predicement we are in, they would be losing a lot more and going down. Our players are much more stronger.
-
Liverpool have done it twice, we were on a good winning streak, till we lost to liverpool, then we were just coming back, then boom the scouse got us again. And we go back in a bad situation.
-
RX8 comon that's not the right attitude, but that's your opinion about Carlo, we got to get used to these bad moments. Everyones had them. Man United are drawing 0-0, almost half time. Arsenal already winning Stoke, i swear one slip from United and Arsenal have probably got this title, never seen them so on form since they had Henry, shame really, much rather see United win it.
-
Rotation might be just what we need, a bit rotation, but would it just effect us even more?. I agree, i think it's best if we get our matches out of the way now, then all we've got to look towards is just Man United again. But we can't think like that, Liverpool reckons that we will lose another six to five games just playing Blackpool, Westham and Bolton. And they hope to jump in the top 4, i would hate to see that happen, because for one Liverpool don't deserve it since how bad they have played this whole season, especially the fact that they still hardly win yet i dont know how they are sixth at the moment, it's beyond me. But lets keep our faith in Chelsea, this forums got some good debaters and supporters, if Ancelotti gets us 4th that would be like winning the season for me.
-
Alright look guys don't get me wrong, i know losing at such a vital moment was terrible, and took us to long to come back, and when we did we went back down again. But lets face it, Ancelotti has everything against him right now, i think he's brave for even staying in that situation, you could see he only put Drogba on because he was angry, he wasn't even training with any of the players because he was in a mood. Carlo doesn't want him leaving, so he has to put him on and prey that he must bond with Torres, Carlo didn't buy Torres, i don't know if he even wanted him at the end of the day. But then Anelka wants his game too, you must take into account how bad he's had it, we've got good players injured, and many of our best ones this season, what have messed up our players, Essien, Drogba & Lampard (Our best first 11 players), Terry has came back he hasn't had much problems. But then he's got the board on his back, he has tough fixtures, he has to aim to be 4th no matter what, but then he's got his players moaning when they are ever going to play. And Wilkins getting sac'd, he didn't call for that one. Carlo probably has the most stress than any other manager in this league at the moment, even more than the teams in relegation. Ever sat a test? when you are fully stressed and got everyone on your back, well you do twice as worse when you have. So put it this way even though we've had a bad run, i want Carlo to stay, give him a new fresh start towards next season. He's not exactly had it easy to reform and i respect him for the effort he is trying to make. If there's only one thing i have to say about Carlo at the moment, it's that he needs to motivate the players much better, and try and boost some morale in the players, Wilkins used to help him with that and get through to the players, but he's gone. So it's up to carlo to get Chelsea out of this big mess.

Aint you got an Ipod with a radio?, alot of them have them, or doesn't this plane allow ipods on?. Cause i know some forbid them. But anyway, it's a shame Benayoun is injured, he was good at assisting Torres for Liverpool, so it would be morer simple for him. I hope Torres can get used to not playing up front by himself. But isn't that what we all wish for, anyway Man United have some fixtures before the match, could tire them out who knows.
