Comfortably better than Cahill if that video is anything to go by. Looks better than any of our CBs did against PSG last year. People saying he can't pass but look at the ball on 04.57 . His general passing is decent as well. Zouma and Papy will shut shit down. Azpi - Zouma - Papy - Baba now please.
Terrible move. It just smacks of signing for a big club for the sake of it. The loan will be cancelled in January and he'll be back in the Championship.
Silva, Yaya, Aguero and De Bruyne. Four highly technical players capable of combination play, creating chances and goals. They will murder teams who sit back and those who open up.
I think she's trying to say some of us dislike Oscar, not because he's an average and inconsistent footballer, but because of something he's unable to change... I'll let you figure it out. :tophat:
I said this a long time ago in the Pogba thread. Why can't RLC develop into a similar player? He has more or less the same physical profile and technical ability.
Me too. Oscar in/out isn't the issue. We play terrible football most of the time, have an unbalanced team with several underperfoming players and a manager who has run out of ideas. Our issues run a hell of a lot deeper than whether Oscar plays or not; the reality is he's part of the problem too.
Kellz, no disrespect because you are one of the better posters here, but my goodness, I can't help but laugh at that. Things are really bad if that is the case.
Jose will never drop him - he loves that long goal kick to the right wing so Ivanovic can try to win a header too much. That is one of Jose's go-to tactical instructions: hoof kick and potential flick on. The special one
You know things are bad when Oscar is billed as our saviour. Can you guys explain why we play so shit when he's in the team too? "But he brings balance!"
Nah, we need what they have in American football. Defensive and attacking coordinators and a general manager. Mourinho can be the motivation guy. Let others do the tactics and training.
