Cant we just leave him there...sure someone will take him
-
It had that story in the Mail. The headline basically said he was allowing them to go.But when you read it he said nothing of the sort and that it was the boards choice and their contracts needing sorting out etc

Chelsea in pole position for Guardiola
Laylabelle replied to Namika's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
He did say he wanted to when he was here start using more youth..however under pressure to win and win trophies just went with what worked etc rather then take risks with young and unestablished players Programme on him on ITV4 tommrow... -
And any team on a shite run seems to be able to turn it around against us
-
Defintly a bit of both..RDM mainly for the choices and delayed subs and then the players who played like utter shite and seemed to act like we'd already won the whole thing. Wouldnt think possible to perform worse..surprise!We need more of the first half performance! We werent doing bad then and the disallowed goal should've been a warning sign..except complete opposite effect
-
Nah our run of draws is over..1-0 loss lol..we're on an even shitter run Mk 1-0

Ex-Chelsea assistant boss Ray Wilkins believes club owner Roman Abramovich is running out of managerial options. The Blues have had nine managers since Russian Abramovich took over in 2003. Interim manager Rafa Benitez has failed to win any of his first three games, while ex-Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has been linked with the role. Wilkins, who worked under Abramovich for two years, said: "He is running out of options. If Guardiola was to come in and got sacked, where do you go?" The 56-year-old former Chelsea midfielder was appointed in 2008 to work as Luiz Felipe Scolari's assistant but was then dismissed by Abramovich in November 2010 while alongside Carlo Ancelotti, who was then sacked at the end of that campaign. Andre Villas-Boas replaced the Italian but he also found himself out of a job just nine months into his reign before being replaced by Roberto Di Matteo. Despite winning the FA Cup and Champions League, Di Matteo was dismissed in November with Benitez handed a short-term contract to replace him. Wilkins believes current Brighton boss and former Chelsea midfielder Gus Poyet would be an ideal manager for the club as options run low. "[Current Real Madrid coach and former Chelsea manager] Jose [Mourinho] may not come back. Gus Poyet would be a good choice, he is cutting his teeth at Brighton and was a legend at Stamford Bridge," Wilkins told BBC Radio 5 live's Sportsweek programme. "It is an interesting one, the options are now being closed down rather rapidly." Meanwhile, Wilkins does not agree with claims Chelsea's players are not performing because of the fact Benitez, who led Liverpool to the Champions League title in 2005, has only been appointed on a short-term basis. Wilkins pointed to Guus Hiddink's short reign in 2011 when he won the FA Cup and reached the Champions League semi-finals, adding: "Guus came in for four months, won the FA Cup and reached the semi-finals of Champions League. The players will work hard for him [benitez]." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20572179 Difference is...Rafa aint no Guus!

There was a programme about him on one of the ESPN channels around the same time as the West Ham game..just to rub it in...'this is what you used to have...and heres reality and whats happening now'

Chelsea in pole position for Guardiola
Laylabelle replied to Namika's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Cant we just have a pole?Dress it up stick it in the ground probably more useful... -
Only in the first half we were that bad.,we were having chances and decent possion and only at the end did West Ham only got into the game after the dissallowed goal Second half however we were dire...come out a completly different team...and fell apart completly
-
And we'd need to score about 3 to avoid a fuck up..saying that they werent so much a push over against Shakhtar and werent doing to bad until the non giving the ball back incident that lead to a goal.So probably put up a fight...got nothing to loose they might well go out on a good performance...hopfully we can do one better
-
Hah Torres aint gana be dropped least not for a long run.Roman and co would have a hissy fit..50m on the bench etc etc.Needs to be done but lets see if ever does
-
Roman out is extreme but does seem they need to take a step back.Look at decisons before they rush into them and let the manager pick players who they want and who they want to play and not pressure them into playing certain ones.
-
Its nice to turn over December and see JT's face..
-
We werent bad first half..2nd half however we were shite. We were lucky to get up to the other end.West Ham were all over us!We should've scored and put away chances..we didnt..and lost 3-1..since 2002 or something daft..and didnt see the whole game as my signal was going mental so half the game was just random pixels or frozen moments.Which was a bit eeek as have ball go towards goal and then freeze and just kinda hope for the best
-
3 matches bloody hell wish we had that problem
-
Lol not sure how well that would make up for it mind...ahh so crap!! Banning banners is daft but doesnt stop anything,16 minute chants are gana go on and the usual Rafa out etc Was willing to give him a chance at the start kinda still am but the whole situation is crazy.Dont give a crap about what he said about in the past about us he werent our Manager and its expected.I do however give a crap about what he does now he is our manager and so far it aint anything amazing.Sod what the conequences are your only on a short contract..bench Torres!!!!And if Roman or however insits on him being played..think sod it and let them take over..

He was never gana have the fans with him.Even if he came in Summer I doubt he'd been welcome wherever or not we'd won the Champions League and RDM had gone.Surely someone must have thought 'this is gana be a bad appointment' guess they expected everything to be forgotten, accept RDM is gone and move on.Hasnt helped he hasnt had any sort of impact. Not loosing to West Ham for yonks till today hasnt really helped nor the fact he doesnt seem to look very confident when shown on the touch line.

He probably felt it was his chance to get himself back out there and build back up his reputation..2 years out the bussiness surley wants to have offers pouring in after this. However in reality it is very quickly backfiring.Want to see things turn out because this is pure shite and be nice to have something to be cheerful about.
