But we got top 4 and some targets still turned us down and hasn't worked out well for them being in the Champions league either...seeing as now they're not! Obviously that is a pull factor but also how the club sell it all and approach it. We could still potentially make decent signings if we finish outside but its how the deals are done.

Yep and don't think we've been that bad for a few seasons either! Or hasn't felt like we have been. The gap feels so big atm. I want Potter to turn it around but this whole season feels like a waste of time but it doesn't help the players themselves seem to be complete crap. Our buys...who on earth?! Yep. I mean we've hardly hit it high anyway think the highest we've got to has been 3 or 4. We've been in the minus zone now back to 0. Maybe end of the season we could reach double figures! That's the issue there is some encouragement but not that many results. Playing way we have we'll be out the next round. It's bonkers how far and quickly we've fallen and not all just down to him. It seems the players all forgot how to play as one

So less convinced now about them slipping away? Hopefully right with that but problem is atm City are hardly chasing them all the time. They could've easily dropped points last week and could drop points today which leaves a little gap for Arsenal. Just think it's odd from our view not that matters at the moment cause catch up ain't happening way we're going but to be 13 behind them points wise and 19 behind goal difference wise. Odd.
