He actually usually delivers when he starts. It is hard for him to do something when he play just 10, 15, 20 minutes. CHO for Chelsea so far: 3318 minutes which equals just 36.8 games. 11 goals and 11 assists and he is so young.

Bench should be full of academy players and we should use 5 subs in the second half to introduce them.
