Planning for late August Barcelona and Mallorca or Rome and Sicily. Very hard choice to make. Some of the places I visited last year or so... Netherlands up and down, impressive country. Nature, canals, people, architecture, art... Every corner is beautiful. Smaller villages oh my. Breathtaking! Amsterdam what to say... Nightlife is different level, what a spectacular vibe and unique place. Spent around 2 months just there. Will always come back. Belgium is pretty nice too. Went to Gent and Antwerp. Gent especially is cool. Western Germany hmm... I mean it's nice all those cities Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Cologne but something was missing. Definitely in a shadow of other countries I mentioned. Switzerland is so clean and beautiful but at the same time not my cup of tea. Picnics at the lakes and by the rivers are cool but it's dead in the night. After 8 actually. Went to Basel, Luzern and Zurich. OK Zurich has some metropolitan vibe but other places no. Boring for me personally cannot imagine living there. Nice to visit tho. Strasbourg is so fucking cool as well. Fairytale place. Cathédrale more impressive then the one in Cologne for example. Paris couple hours away with train. Germany and Switzerland so close. I'm glad they are basically our second team now. Alsace wine is must. I'm huge red wine lover. Been to Budapest again for Sziget festival last summer. Meet some Americans before who are like Budapest is most amazing place and in general people are always impressed and putting Budapest in top3 or top5 European cities. For me personally, I cannot see it. Not even close I mean compared to my favourite cities. It's not bad don't get me wrong just way overhyped. I don't like those excursions a couple of hours, day or two somewhere. You cannot really feel the place. Stay longer to get full experience. Will focus on Mediterranean countries in next period. Only City guarantees titles and they did try to get him a couple of years ago but that ship has sailed. Why would he come here with no CL and so much uncertainty. He's been criticized for staying in Spurs too long and not winning anything so teams like Bayern and PSG make most sense for him.

I just watched the game. He did very well. Paid attention to him. Don't understand critics during the game. I feel he is scapegoat like Alonso before for no reason. Unfair. From what I saw so far in 2 games all Gallagher, Casadei and Santos deserve to stay with Enzo and Caicedo. 6th MF will be attacking one like Kudus. 3 of those 6 players should always be on the pitch. Pretty much everyone thought Nkunku would be AM in 4231 but cannot see it after first two games. He is goalscorer, exclusively final third player. When he is on with Jackson, he will play winger I think. We thought we don't have numbers in MF just a couple of days ago but all of them impressed so after we buy Caicedo I don't see a reason to even think about Lavia. With no European football we need to be careful with numbers. 11 players for 6 positions is perfect. 3 MF spots we have Enzo, Caicedo, Santos, Casadei, Gallagher. 3 attacking positions we have Jackson, Nkunku, Sterling, Mudryk and Madueke. Plus Kudus who will occupy both areas. So he fits like a glove. Hopefully we wrap Caicedo and Kudus next week and that's it. After that only need to think about Kepa competition and maybe new CB because of Fofana injury. Broja, Chuck, Hall, Moreira all need to go on loan. Angelo as well because of work permit. Not sure about Maatsen. Cannot see him getting minutes here. Interesting in later part of the game how Cucurella moved to DM area when we were attacking hence why assist. Good game a lot of positives. Just a friendly but first win against Brighton after 5 games.

Unfortunately, I can see Angelo going on loan to Strasbourg being one of the best players in Ligue1, performing every week while we are stuck with Sterling who will just continue from last season. But on a positive note, Mudryk will start as LW, Kudus as RW, Madueke sub there and Nkunku can occupy that positions as well so hopefully we won't see much Sterling.
