Few things wrong with this. For one, it was reported by BILD, who know virtually nothing outside of Germany. Two, these pre-contract's are typically non-disclosure until its been finalised. Three, if its reported by BILD Kounde would earn 6 million a year, that is a little over 100K per week when converted from euros to sterling. Considering how many players City have out, we should be winning. Think Tuchel will set up not to lose, but I'd love to see a front three of Werner, Lukaku, Havertz with Kante and Jorginho in midfield. Think we will play a 352 with Kova/Kante/Jorginho with either Werner/Havertz up top with Lukaku.

So it is likely a midfield three of KDB, Bernardo, and Fernandinho.

It isn't our money but if we are to compare other CB's in the league's quality vs wages, I'd say a 4 year deal for 175K is about what he's worth.
