What is the time line after a games finished u can restart the game? Because VAR have disallowed a few goals that should be goals, so ooo.... where is the consistency those results should now be changed really?

I mean pervious games where VAR have got it wrong, final whistle is the FINAL whistle, not the could be final whistle who knows
