I'm sure Carlo has seen more of Matic and Kakuta than we do so there's probably a reason he hasn't given them more chances

We need an emphatic win.They were lucky in the League Cup but we can't allow luck getting in our way this time. It's about time we switch to top gear in the league. And for gods sake let Sturridge start instead of Anelka.

I'm not sure why we should get rid of Belletti. He hasn't set a foot wrong whenever we needed him(except that City game)and is a great solution whenever we need a utility player. I can't believe I'm saying this but Joe Cole is useless,these days even Kalou(FFS) looks like a better player than him.I don't know any top team who would keep a player who contributes as little as Joe. I also think Ballack is getting too much hate,he looks to me more hungry than Lampard and has as many good games as he did,yet he's always one of the first to blame

We're not the only side to have suffered because of injuries although it looks like it affects us more.Look at Arsenal who lost their best played and despite being laughable against top sides had the consistency against the weaker teams and IMO have the most chances of winning the EPL. We had quality replacements for both Ashley and Essien(YZ18 and Mikel) but something is just not clicking for us and I wouldn't bet that something isn't Carlos tactics.

"Chelsea should have the league title in the bag now" Can anyone disagree,Manu were playing without defenders for a couple of weeks and even lost 3-0 to Fulham yet here they are one point above us. I'm not asking for AC's head but he's clearly not doing something well,we lost all our unbeaten records at home and in Europe... simply not good enough for club stature such as Chelsea FC

I think Drogba was good enough,at least he fought for it.

Everyone's been blaming Ballack for our slow play and stuff but today it looked like we were completely changed once he was out.

I'd rather see Alex play but he's not the most agile defender so that may prove to be a weakness.As long as Mikel doesn't do any silly mistakes,Anelka doesn't slow down our attack and Ballack isn't giving away possession we should be fine. I can't see Drogba getting owned like in San Siro so I'm pretty confident he'll score. If Inter scores first we're done if we do I think they may panic. Our boys are more hungry for the CL than they are for the EPL but maybe they've just lost all hope after last year.We'll know tonight. No matter what happens we'll still be singing

I think that's mostly because Anelka underperforms when he is playing in that position.

Besides the fact that we lost to Everton?Looking at our Away record we don't stand a chance of finishing first with away games against Manure,the Scousers and Tottenham.We've had our chance to get much breathing space,we blew it.

His performance in the Charity Shield was pretty bad but that's about it. Ivanovic has been more consistent but Drogs has won some games by himself,tough call.

Finally some good news!

It's between Drogba and Ivanovic no-one else deserves it.

Things are looking good for us right now.Still think we'll draw. Will Malouda play LB again?
