I'm sorry Iseah but I disagree, our match against Spurs, 3 of the goals were because of Cahill. And second we have a player who could replace Cahill, Kurt Zouma. The best defense formation in my opinion would be ( Luis LB, Azpilicueta RB, JT CB, Zouma CB). I admire Gary but take JT and Matic out of the equation he gets exposed. It was evident in our match against Newcastle and Spurs.

If Ivanovich and Cahill are in the starting 11, I guarentee you that Newcastle will attack from their direction. Zouma is a world class defender and he is proven himself yesterday, Luis as well. Now it's there chance KTBFF

I completely agree 100 percent, time for a change. Cahill and Ivanovich are Inconsistent nowadays. One oversteps his boundaries and goes for the attack instead of defending, and the other is horrible in one on one confrontations. we cannot afford anymore risks

My fellow chelsea supporters, the only positive I could get from this encounter is that it allowed us to evaluate which positions we are most vulnerable. As everyone mentioned before it's Ivanovich and Cahill. I hope in our next fixture the defense will be ( Luis LB, Azpilicueta RB, Zouma CB, Terry CB). Ivanovich can rotate between Terry and Zouma. Sorry but Cahill is a liability without Matic and Terry backing him he gets exposed. If we are serious about winning the quadruple this is the only option in my opinion
