He was better than De Bruyne, now he isn't, in 4 months he could be better again, or not. Always difficult comparing players, there are so many factors, just like every human they are constantly changing depending on the situation etc.... I still think Hazard is more talented though and certainly more watchable...IF he shows up.

True, was just giving the US posters above a taste of their own medicine

Don't think it is improbable that Real Madrid wil go for him. Zidane is a great fan and they aren't so shortsighted to turn down a BPL player of the year just because he is in a short slump.
-
Annie Clark is too hot, I can barely concentrate slagging off Mou.
-
Lack of confidence, form and willpower in combination with a failing team and manager. He isn't the only one of course but since he was player of the year he's under the spotlight.

Although I am all for 'the Mourinho out-camp', I hope the press can give him a bit of a break. The guy has been stigmatized ( of course, partly because of his own behaviour) to the extreme. This pressure can't be healthy, even for Mou, he seems a bit lost right now.

Don't know why you're complaining. His performance was not bad at all today.Yes he is not as sharp and fast as last season, no denying about that, but in his last game for Belgium and also this game he seems to be improving.Long way to go but it's just a question of finding a spark, you need games for that. I say give him the time he'll get there. He certainly is no worse than Pedro, on the contrary.

I'll come back when I want to which is now. I am taking a piss out of people who find it necessary to accuse a large part of the fan community of not being true fans. My "argument" may have been in the form of a comical hyperbole but I think it does quite a decent job of pointing out how repugnant and irrational such reasoning(true vs false fans) is. If I get likes for that it propably means a lot of people agree with this asessement. If it'd make you glad I'll make sure to put unpopular remarks beneath my posts in the future. Mourinho can win, but his recent tactical decisions and media appearences are making it quite dificult. Arsenal is the best team in the world.

Yeah Hazard is a real liability, attracting al those plastic pseudo fans, unterfans, mudbloods. Once he's gone we'll have only true fans of the purest blue, Uberfans. How to recognize a true fan: > Both parents where Chelsea fans > Has a picture of Lampard tatooed on right butt cheek > Has been a fan for a minimum of 25 years > Lives in a 100 mile radius of the Bridge > Has an oilpainting of Mourinho in dining room > Has only Chelsea FC branded clothes. > Should be suspicious cause false chelsea fans are everywhere! > Goal: fanclub dominated by true uberfans. > If you haven't met with these critirea your opinion is worth nothing.

KDB, Mata, Salah, Cuadrado, Shurrle... Hazard? How long will Pedro last? And what about Kenedy and Traore, such promising players but I fear for their future cause Mourinho propably is a pathological serial killer of the attacking midfield. It's getting ridiculous, he's become a caricature of himself.

Never read the book though it's sitting on my shelf, mocking me. I do have nostalgic feelings of the series with Richard Chamberlain. Learned my first words of japanese watching Shogun: Anjin san, Hai, Domo, Wakarimashta, Wakarimasen etc... And of course Toshiro Mifune as lord Toranaga before I knew him from the Kurosawa-films.

Don't you know the only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun is good guy with a gun?! YEEEEAHAAA! The NRA's Hollywood-logic.

Someone on here posted a good article/video on how financial gains and bonuses only work up unto a certain level. If that level is reached money won't motivate employees, in this case players, anymore. On the contrary it is counterproductive. Why would a player who earns tens of millions still care anymore? Thats where the manager comes in, he(or she) has to find other ways to motivate the players, more freedom, autonomy and joint decision making for instance.
-
Of course the players aren't all blameless but is it not the role of the manager to be a motivator too? If Mourinho can't do something about the poor motivation (why are they poorly motivated in the first place?) he simply isn't doing his job very well.

Awesome, you have to scroll slowely to get the vibe though . Are Cahill and Hazard looking a bit jealous in the 6th and 9th pic? Love triangle perhaps?
-
Bad run is going on for quite some time now, since his time with Real Madrid in my opinion. He may have won Chelsea the league last season but the way the team plays has never really impressed me, instead maybe the beginning of last season but it all went downhill second part of the season.
-
This division between plastic, fake fans and real fans is plain stupid. Define a real Chelseafan? Everyone is fan of the club for his or her own reasons. Some are here because they followed Chelsea for twenty years others because they have become a fan last year, some because of a certain player they like etc... Those are all valid reasons which doesn't make one fan better than another. If some people on here are criticizing the manager that doesn't mean they are 'plastic fans' either, no it means they want some changes so the club can become better. They may be wrong in their reasoning but it doenst make them anything less of a 'true fan'.

If the players are indeed still behind him there's no point of letting him go yet
-
The board is giving him another chance. Maybe it is the most reasonable thing to do. Finding a replacement now will be hard and Mou can try to proof himself at least till december. I still think he eventually has to go though, Mourinho doesn't seem like the man who can turn this situation around. I could be wrong of course.
-
Hazard was more consistently good than Sanchez last season though Sanchez had his moments. This season is indeed a whole other story. Players arent static units, they change every day, every year, every situation etc... Thats why most of the 'this one is better than that one'-comparisons' are often just a waste of time.
-
You and Mou overestimated Hazard. He isn't and will never be in the league of Messi and Ronaldo. He's a very good player and last season we saw him in his best shape. But he's not able to get us out of this desperate situation. I think he's not the leadertype, not the type that steps up when thing are going bad. Some players just aren't made for that. I concur that José's tactics are holding him back though.

Overreacting much?
