Nah its not black or white. Have you ever done sports on higher level? If you arent 100% motivated or disturbed by something and if you only perform at 95-99% it will have a huge impact on the result. Imagine cross country skiing and having bad ski wax. You will look like a turd in the tracks. In football all it takes is to not make that extra sprint or to not track back 100% or to not double check behind your back when you defend. Its not about mutiny but to drop a couple of % in your performance. Sometimes it might be the managers fault but many times its spoilt away players who maybe doesnt like the managers philosophy or training methods. Thats why the best managed clubs decides a vision/philosophy and recruit managers/players who fits within that philosophy. Maybe thats what we finally are trying to do?

Yeah.. i did some digging and his stats are kind of amazing but its from Eredivisie.. 21/22 He had 4 muscle injuries in a row so the question is which muscles and if it was recurrent or different muscles. 22/23 autumn he had a ankle injury and side lined for about 80 days. He has played almost 90 minutes every game in their last 5 games so thats something positive..
