Apparently Zenit president has dropped the asking price for Witsel to €25m. I can see us do a "Raul Meireles's move" with Witsel holding a blue shirt on deadline day.

As already said, with Alex Sandro and Cuadrado Juve have no more slots for non-UE players unless they sell someone. They are looking for a AM (Draxler most likely) and desperately in need for a quality CM, their midfield compared to last season is dreadful, but not much money left to spend after a huge spending spree this summer and that's why they are begging Real Madrid for Illaramendi. It would make sense for Juve to sell Pogba (surely gone next year) to fund better quality signing, but to much work to do with only one week before the transfer window close. Timing, that's why no-one in Italy has taken it seriously since the first rumours shown up.

It seems like Jose and the board realize we need someone in the middle of the park and are not afraid to spend big. But it must be an upgrade to what we already have and one for the long term and the market offer few alternatives at the moment. Early in the summer Zenit president was ready to sell Witsel to ACMilan for €35/40m but I'm not sure at all he is the answer to our problems.

We bought for 21m a player who had a huge part in one of the best football team of the history, a huge part in one of the best national football team of all time, and there were people crying because we didn't go for Sterling or other players with beautiful hair which are at the moment half the footballer Pedro is. His overall performance was amazing, he almost made Falcao score! This guy is gonna take the PL by storm.

Because Cuadrado is off to Juve almost certainly, tomorrow he is gonna be in Turin for his medical. €1.5m for the loan, option to buy for next year agreed at €25m. Remires is probably injured.

If Chelsea buy a player like Pogba is clear Mourinho is going to play 433 most of the time, so no n°10 needed. I don't understand why we didn't go for Kondogbia early in the summer, he would've been perfect for our midfield, and affordable.

Anyway, by the Italian FA rules Juve can sign only one more extra-UE player this summer. So an Oscar/Ramires + Cuadrado + clash offer is not possible.

At first i thought we looked like some deluded Liverpool's fans about this rumour, but I'm starting to believe we really bid for him and this could've been an acceptable offer for Juve. Unfortunately it's too late, Juve were looking to sell one between Vidal and Pogba, not both of them. Even if I think Pogba is a bit overrated by the media and certainly doesn't worth that money I'd love to see him in our midfield. Now we can only hope the fat Raiola is in need of some money this summer. I hope our board have some kind of plan b in mind.

Conte leaving Juventus might change drastically the Pogba's situation. He was one of the main reason for him to stay in Turin for another season. If Chelsea really wants Pogba this is the only transfer session we can make it. The next season with him entering the last year of his contract he will be definitely cheaper but quite impossible to buy with the competition of Real and PSG.

great player with 3/4 good seasons at least ahead of him. best left-back in Europe by some considerable distance over the last 2 years. Shaw probably will never be the player Luis is at the moment.
