  1. Hopefully, your guns are spot on. Can't stand those bastards. Hate them more than any other English club. Easily.
  2. Not on transfers he doesn't. He's a bullshitter generally though, so you're right on.
  3. He usually doesn't just post random sh*t unless he's sure something is done.
  4. Richard Keys @richardajkeys · 12h Cesc Fabregas will definitely be joining Chelsea.
  5. I think it's pretty obvious this is a fake account.
  6. He was also in London a couple of days ago for some event. When said "medical" took place.
  7. Mourinho has never won anything in his career with just "Mourinho-type players", whatever that's supposed to mean. Probably one of the most nonsensical football buzzword out there (up there with "parked the bus") that is mostly used in English circles, sad to say by clueless TV "pundits" still stuck in the 70's and 80's who know fuck all about modern football. Some fans pick it up and run with it even though such a thing doesn't exist.
  8. Mata is a number 10. Fabregas has predominantly been a number 8. If you can't see what he offers, at least know his position on the pitch.
  9. Fabregas had many very good seasons with Arsenal and was one of the best midfielders in the PL for majority of his time at Arsenal. Nail on head. It wasn't a quality problem but a not fitting into philosophy, not being liked by the fans and not being played in right position problem.
  10. Beat me to it. Cesc saga continues......................
  11. Since most of the attention is here, apparently, Diego Costa has now said he WANTS to come to Chelsea. Mundo is on fire this morning. http://www.mundodeportivo.com/20140603/atletico-madrid/diego-costa-al-chelsea_54409579017.html
  12. Yeah, literally every reputable Spanish paper is reporting it now. It would be an amazing signing. Something this club has desperately needed for a while now. A creative force from deep. http://www.marca.com/2014/06/03/futbol/equipos/barcelona/1401782520.html
  13. http://www.cadenaser.com/deportes/audios/hora-25-deportes-cesc-ha-firmado-chelsea-mourinho-2014/csrcsrpor/20140602csrcsrdep_10/Aes/ reliable source.
  14. The problem with this club is "fans" like you who won't hesitate to jump on its back, bash it, disrespect it and insult it at the slightest.
  15. Drogba had the moments, Zola had the magic, but Lampard stands alone as our best ever player. The man was a machine and a goal-scoring monster. The 164 consecutive games PL played from midfield(!) was testament to his consistency and reliability. The fact that that record was held by mostly goalkeepers tells you something. His goal-scoring ability could rival that of almost any WC striker in his prime. His passing ability and contribution in defense is also pretty underrated. He's the best box-to-box midfielder I've ever seen in my two decades watching football. It will be a long time till we see another central midfielder who scores 250+ goals in his career. I heard there's a testimonial against Bolton, the team he scored two goals against to give us our first title in 50 years. A fitting end. If God could let me pick one football player from any point in history to represent Chelsea, I will pick Sir Frank Lampard 10 times out of 10.
  16. A part of me just died. Are we just going to let him leave like that? This season, he had problems with injuries. Last season he showed his class and was one of our best players! I'm not digging what will most likely be an unceremonious exit of CFC's best ever player.
  17. Great coup by the board if true! As for Frank, there's no point commenting about it till it's official. It hurts too much right now. Let's just hope we see sense, give him a 1 year contract and the send off he deserves as out greatest ever legend.
  18. Both Balotelli and Martinez are hardly massive upgrades.
  19. Deal is collapsing. We will end up with Lukaku, Ba and Torres leading the line, lol.
  20. Was there anyone out there that was surprised that Costa's hamstring didn't hold after 7 days of recovery? That's the real question.
  21. Torres injury history: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/fernando-torres/verletzungen/spieler/7767 Notice how Torres has suffered at least 3-4 major knee injuries compared to Costa's zero. And they even have it wrong. Some of the blank spaces are actually knee injuries as well so Torres might have had at least 7 knee injuries in his career. Maybe even more. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2442046/Fernando-Torres-weeks-knee-injury.html http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2014/01/24/4566948/mourinho-torres-out-for-up-to-a-month-with-knee-injury Diego Costa injury history: http://www.transfermarkt.com/diego-costa/verletzungen/spieler/44779 Costa so far in his career, apart from doing his ACL 3 years ago has had no major injuries in his career. His hamstring is just not being allowed to heal properly. It's like comparing apples with oranges.
  22. I hope we announce this deal on Monday as soon as possible. And I hope we bring Courtois back and bid 50 million for Koke.
  23. The same Falcao that did his ACL?
