Our contract system was made and acts like an absolute rule. The boards should talk about it with proper talk, face to face negotiation, not making rule about it.
Personally for me, players like Drogba, JT, Lampard should've get a 2-year contract extension at least. So they can review their performance at the end of the season! Not while they fighting their best while still on the competition!
