  1. Could I have my name changed to "Fastrobbie" Thanks in advance!
  2. Well I assume you might have very extensive knowledge about Cuadrado then being able to claim that he is just a mere upgrade and is not what we should be looking for. Perhaps you should apply for a job at the Chelsea scouting system, as they must have failed us then
  3. I'm actually interested to see how things are going to end up. Unlike many others, I do trust in the Chelsea board. With the transfers of Fabregas and Costa they earned that much. Most llikely we will end up with a situation like the following: Schurrle being sold (24M €)Cuadrado in (30-35M €)If Chelsea management thinks he might be worth spending 30-35M €, then sure for a bare 10M € transfer budget (not counting salary and signing bonusses) extra outgoing it might turn out to be a great upgrade from Schurrle (with no disprespect meant to him)
  4. I would not be suprised to see De Bruyne staying at Wolfburg to be honest. Wolfsburg is a high potential club with a lot of financial support If they continue their current streak, they will play Champions League next year (this is crucual) The bundesliga is one of the top competitions and I think it suits him more then the PLEither way, I'm a big fan of his. Sad that he did not make it at Chelsea, but I'm sure he'll make it somewhere different. As a chelsea fan, I do hope he stays out of the PL because otherwise one day he might just be causing us the trouble ...
  5. If we wouldn't have a Lukaku, we would be cyring to get him! Now that we have him, we are discussing whether we should drop him ...Makes no sense at all to me? The kid is doing amazingly good for his 20 years old. He is far from a finished product, but he has a lot of potential. How many 20 year old strikers like him are running around? Can you image the sort of beast he might be in 5-6 years if he would be able to keep improving his skills and goal ratio? Is he ready to lead to Chelsea line next year? In my opinion, no ... Nevertheless he is Chelsea property and we should be more than proud that he is! If Mourinho would decide to sell him to raise more transfer funds, then so be it.
  6. Let's be honest, even now against some of the lesser opponents he's not getting time on the pitch. It's time for KDB to move on.
  7. Might not be his best play, but at least he is scoring goals. He is only 20 years old, so there is still a lot of room for improvement. At the end of the day, we still prefer a striker that has a nose for goals.
  8. I think De Bruyne makes an ideal target though. He barely had any playtime, so he is more likely to move then Coutinho?
  9. Very unlikely, but if KDB would get a substitution spot, he'd better be cracking up like he's on drugs! Or I'll personally fly over to make sure he does! Let's hope the players are ready to prove Mourinho wrong about the game against Newcastle.
  10. I guess KDB is in a bit of a tough spot. AMC: Oscar, Mata: No place for KDB here, unless for injuries / suspensions.AML / AMR: Schurrle, Hazard, William: They seem more the appropriate winger type to me then KDB isPlaying KDB in the pivot would require a lot of moulding and perhaps that might not even be possible at all. I guess we will need to have patience and time will tell what Mourinho has planned with KDB.
  11. I'm a KDB fan and I actually believe he might suprise some people as he hasn't shown enough of what he is capable off. Nevertheless, I'm seriously dissappointed with how he has been playing so far at Chelsea. Not that he has been playing bad, but he's been average at best. It sometimes infuriates me as he the chances he has to prove himself are limited, but then again he probably also needs time to adjust. The sad thruth is he needs to step up or he'll have to step out eventually. Hopefully he can prove he is worth his place in this team because it would sure make me one proud blue
  12. No doubt that training under Mourinho is of great value, but no matter how you look at it, with players like Shurrle, Oscar, Hazard, Mata and William, there will always be one put aside. In my opinion, they are all such great players that none of them deserves watching the game from the stands. Yes squad depth is crucial, but I believe that with 5 AM's we have enough high-quality squad depth. Not to mention E'too can play more then only the striker role. I personnaly believe Kevin would benefit more from playing matches then training under Mourinho, as match rithm is not to be valuated lightly. But then again, I might be mistaken ... I know that things would change when one of them would have a serious injury and be out for weeks/months, but is that what we are expecting to happen?
  13. As a fan of both Chelsea and KDB, I really hope KDB is getting sold or loaned out in the january transfer window. Would in my opinion be the best solution for both Chelsea and KDB.
  14. The Tank: Romelu Lukaku (Official Music Video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_OC2McnF50 This is just awesome
  15. Yesterday, he proved again why he is so highly rated. God, the kid is just amazing. It suprises me how he just never loses the ball, even when he is ends up in the most crappy situations. There was a reason why Real were interested in this lad before he went to Zenit. The minimum transfer fee of 40 million euro is kind of crazy, I believe he would already been out of Zenit otherwise.
  16. Thibaut has been living for 3 years in spain and he is speaking Spanish. His girlfriend is Spanish and she and her family are living over there. Let's be honest, it might be very interesting for Thibaut to stay at Spain ... And it's not like we are talking about QPR chasing Thibaut ...
  17. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfPLxcF8ECo Kind of an unlucky tackle it seems to me. He tackles the ball at the one player, while at the same time another player comes running into the tackle.
  18. Well I suggested a loan since that means Chelsea is still playing the card of potential, but then again Kevin is 22 years old now so I he's becoming at an age at which you are not youth anymore. Either way I hope Kevin proves Mourinho wrong, but if he is not able to, they should indeed loan/sell him, depending on what might be best for Chelsea.
  19. Guess we all have to accept with the fact that we won't see Lukaku back untill 2014, if he does return to the Bridge at all. But for now, let's just enjoy how he wrecks our competitors with Everton
  20. I'm belgian and I'm a huge fan of KDB, but even I am getting frustrated with some of the Belgian fanboys over here. Let's be honest, Kevin has not been performing well enough, except for the Hull game. He needs to step up his game and it seems more then normal that Mourinho is trying to make that clear to Kevin. The words in the media might have been a bit harsh to be honest, but guess that's Mou style. I hope Kevin has the right attitude to pick it up and prove Mourinho wrong. Hopefully he will also be given future opportunities to prove he does deserve a place on the first team. To some people I would like to mention though that KDB wasn't chosen as the youth player of the year in the Bundlesliga last season just for giggles. There is a reason why he is rated quite highly in Germany. And yes, for Chelsea he has been underperforming so far, so I can't say I disagree with Mourinho. However I do think if KDB is not able to prove Mourinho wrong by January, that he should be able to be send out on a loan.
  21. Well I think it also has to do with experience, as Kevin is only 22 years old. Learning how to deal with pressure and media is one of the things young players will need to get accustomed to. Either way I believe Kevin is now at a point where it'll break or boost his Chelsea career.
