I completely agree, but when we play back 3 we don't really play with traditional wingers anyways. Just as Mount and Kai didnt exactly play as wingers yesterday. Nkunku could easily play that role. Now when we play back 4 with traditional wingers, he should definitely only play 10 or shadow striker, i agree.

I wouldn't say that, 10 or shadow striker are definitely his optimal positions. But other than Timo and Kai he also combines speed and technique, which means he should be able to work in the other offensive positions as well

He can basically play any position in our front 3. And if we switch to a back 4 again for some games, he'd slot in perfectly as the 10 or a shadow striker.
