BlueLion. 21,491
Chelsea defender Alex has likened the club's impressive attacking style of play this season to Brazil.Carlo Ancelotti's side have been in blistering form in league action this term, dropping just four points from their opening nine games. The Blues have scored a whopping 25 goals while conceding just twice and Alex believes they are very much the Samba stars in England's top flight. However, the 28-year-old thinks that Chelsea put a bit more composure into their defence while Brazil often prefer an all-out attack."The way we've been playing throughout this year, I'd liken us to Brazil," Alex told the club's official magazine."Brazilian teams have the same mentality. They just want to attack."However, there is one difference - here we try to have more composure in defence."Euro successOne thing missing in the Chelsea trophy cabinet is the UEFA Champions League and Alex hopes they can finally get that monkey off of their back. The former PSV Eindhoven stopper is desperate to find the back of the net in the illustrious match and help Chelsea become European champions."Everyone has this dream," he continued. "Everyone wants to score in a Champions League final."In Brazil everybody says Chelsea need to win the Champions League."http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11668_6469292,00.html
LDN Blue 7,903
With Essien, Mikel and Ramires our squad has plenty of depth. We do, however, lack players.
Wilson 358
I think overall we have a great squad. We don't need any players really. It would be good though for reinforcements obviously but what's the point in splashing the cash for a good player when the majority of the time he will be on the bench....If he's lucky! Lol. But I have faith in your youth system. I think in 2 years time will be the time to bring players in.
