Mundaka 243
LHC @ geneve, while we are talking sience, what do you think of this beauty, was it worth building it?Reason why this was build, was to find the Higgs boson part, (small part of an atom)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosonhttp://www.uslhc.us/http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/blog/2009/sep/22/particlephysics-cernhttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-19076355Now they invested8000 000 000 dollars to build it286million dollars/year (for power)What do they do there?Look for that higgs part which would explain a lot in chemy/fysics and improve our knowledge a lot (which could fe make us able to leave our galaxy(not saying that will be possible)) by shooting elements using 7 billion electrovolt (7TeV), and those elements reach close to 99,999 996 4% of lightspeed.Do you think its worth it, or should they have invested the money in other, more pressing matter first? Fe invest in climate change?
CHOULO19 24,332
SERIOUSLY? Brazilians love three types of food instead of ours: Lebanese, Japanese and Italian!Actually the "famous" Lebanese foods are not the best ones. Plenty of other Lebanese foods that are not famous in other countries but are so much better.

Dion 2,476
Choulo, when are you gonna visit us in Brazil? We've got a lot of lebanese immigrants and descendants. I know a few, I think their surname was Khalil and they still have relatives in Lebanon. And then you can make us some non-mainstream lebanese dishes.
