You will love Northeast Brazilian Cuisine, they have a lot of spicy!

Dion might be able to answer you better, but if you plan on going to Fortaleza, you will love the food there.

Nice :) half the time i eat italian or indian

rice, pasta, couscous (the food so nice they named it twice :))

Choulo whats the difference between lebanese and indian kitchen(which i love) in terms of herbs??

In india they use stuff like coco milk, curcuma, basil, kerry, parsley,thyme , rhosemary..., kinda the same in lebanon or totally different?

Completely different. India cuisine uses lots of spices. Our cuisine is also based on herbs that are not native to India.

I see, will have to look into that once :)

Some typical Belgian kitchen dishes:

beefstew with frites or steak with frites

Moules with frites (& stella or other belgian beer :))

(dont know translation for next ones)

Gentse waterzooi (fish with vegetables)
