A 170-meter yacht believed to belong to billionaire Roman Abramovich sailed out of a shipyard in Hamburg, Germany, on Friday.

The craft, called the Eclipse, cost $330 million to build and is the largest privately owned yacht in the world. Blohm & Voss, which built the ship, has declined to identify its owner.

The vessel is equipped with a military-grade defense system, two helipads, bulletproof windows and even a private submarine that can dive nearly 50 meters in case of an emergency.

The Eclipse, which also features 24 luxury suites and accommodations for a crew of 70, would be the fifth in the oligarch's fleet, which has been dubbed the "Abramovich navy."

Abramovich owns a large stake in the Evraz Group steelmaker, which got an $800 million loan from state bank VEB late last year. Forbes ranks him as Russia's second-richest man.
