Ac Milan boss Ancelotti, Chelsea's manager-in-waiting, is an admirer of Pennant, 26, and wants to bring him in when he gets the nod to take over at Stamford Bridge. Ancelotti offered Pennant a pre-contract in January to sign for AC Milan but the winger decided to see out his contract at Liverpool by joining Portsmouth on loan.
