Looking for an Irish help

I guess I am approaching primarily members from Ireland, as I need some help or advice regarding the country.

I need to get to Cork next month, however it is difficult to find some direct cheaper flights from the Czech Republic. Therefore I will fly to Dublin. Now - what is the best and cheapest way to get from Dublin airport to Cork? (Google is a powerful too, I am aware of that, however some human touch still cannot be replaced.)

Get a bus from the airport. Haven't been to Ireland for about 10 years but let's just say some of the roads aren't great. It might have improved but that's quite a long journey your taking so be prepared for what could be at times a bumpy ride. You could get the train but is double the cost of the coach.
