Fábio Miguel Malheiro Paím (born 15 February 1988 in Estoril) is a Portuguese football player currently contracted to Sporting CP, having previously spent time on loan at Trofense and Paços de Ferreira.

On 21 August 2008, Paím joined Chelsea on a one-year loan deal with the option to buy at the end of the loan, as he did not feature in Sporting manager Paulo Bento's plans for the 2008–09 season.

New Blues boss Luiz Felipe Scolari is known to regard the 20-year-old winger highly even though he has failed to reach the heights at Sporting. Paim had spells on loan to Trofense and Pacos Ferreira last season, and now will be playing for Chelsea on a borrowed basis this season.

The opportunity of a permanent move to Stamford Bridge awaits if he develops his potential with the Blues while on loan.

Paim was being compared to a young Ronaldinho two years ago, and has come through the same youth system as Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo. In terms of playing style he has been described as possessing bags of pace and dribbling ability, either on the wing or through the middle.

Former Chelsea loanee Fabio Paim has been hailed as a ‘lion’ in bed after swapping football for porn with his first appearance in an adult film.

Paim joined Chelsea on loan in 2008 from Sporting Lisbon but only spent a total of four months at the club and appeared solely for their reserve team.

The 36-year-old featured for a number of other clubs before and after his stint with the Blues and was most recently playing for Leixões B in Portugal.

Paim’s football career never really took off and the ex-winger, capped once by Portugal U21s, has now decided to follow a new path in the adult film industry.

He recently featured in his first pornographic movie and has been hailed by co-star Diana Melancia.

‘We thought he was going to be nervous and it wouldn’t work out – but Fabio turned out to be a lion,’ the porn actress said.

‘He was good at football and he is good at porn. He’s going to be a success. I hope this film is the first of many with Paim.’

Paim, meanwhile, added: ‘It’s difficult being in front of the cameras but I did it and I think I have got talent for this. 

‘I got a lot of pleasure and made two dreams come true, making the film and being with two spectacular women.’

Paim played with football legend Cristiano Ronaldo at Sporting Lisbon and recently claimed he could’ve won a Ballon d’Or if he had ‘half’ of his brain.

‘Cristiano Ronaldo should offer me one of his Ballon d’Ors,’ Paim told a podcast hosted by PT Clipes. ‘I went to Sporting when I was seven years old, I grew up there. They were years of glory in which I won everything I could.

‘I didn’t reach where I could have reached, but I marked a generation. If people don’t forget it’s because I marked them. I said when I was happy that I thought Cristiano Ronaldo could offer me a Ballon d’Or. But it was with humility. If I had half of Cristiano’s head, it wouldn’t be him and Messi.

‘It would be me, him and Messi and maybe he wouldn’t have won the Ballon d’Ors that he has. Maybe one of them was mine.’
