Zoran Mamic has told local press about his dealings with Chelsea:

For the last few days, Chelsea representatives have been in Zagreb, where they have prepared – I must admit – a great offer for Adrian Semper.

We thanked them. They were highly professional and pleasant people, but we said ‘no’.

It is never easy to reject such a big offer for a young player, but we are convinced Adrian has a fantastic future ahead of him and we want him to spend at least some of that future with Dinamo.

After having had a £1.9 million bid rejected, Chelsea then had a £3.1 million bid turned down too, according to reports.

So now we can't even sign proper players for Vitesse  I wonder how long the club can handle it, it's all going to crumble sooner than expected.
