LDN Blue 7,903
Cattermole does what he needs to well though. Not very dynamic.I don't deny that, he is a player that benefits from where he is & what he does.. However that doesn't mean he's international cap calibre. JackredandWhite 171
That makes him international calibre? I don't follow..No it makes him England calibre. Look at Colback, 2 half decent games for the mags at the beginning of the season and he got a call-up.

Rom2013 446
It was a bad game from us and a really good game of Sunderland. THey defended well and when in trasition they always found the right player to do the counter attack. It was impressive.THey deserved the draw, and maybe a win.Let's hope we can do better against other teams.
CHOULO19 24,332
But do you find that justified or just a case of 'favourite of the month'?Don't think it's just 'flavor of the month' but rather that there is a lack of genuine quality alternatives that the fans and media are ready to jump on the bandwagon of any player that shows any glimpses of quality. Surprise Surprise..... if you look at the replies on this thread you haven't covered yourself in glory, but just keep going eh? Skyboys like you love to belittle the so-called "smaller clubs".We just came up against the best striker in the country at the moment. The Chels 2,502
Man City played Sunderland a lot better than we did, making the pitch as wide as possible and pressing with more intensity. It's not like Sunderland rolled over for them.

They should have been 2 or 3 ahead by the time we scored first.Wouldn't expect anything less. I think we (Chelsea) will have to win the league ourselves with a high points tally than just rely on our rivals (basically just City) slipping up like they did with their 2 titles. Still hopeful you can get something from the away fixture against them though!

Nike 373
I see you got your revenge... hey sunderland, why is your forum so busy for such a shit team.It was meant to be a backhanded compliment, but its really admirable. Is AJ sucking ass again this year? How is rodwell doing so far? Did alvarez adapt to the team yet? I think wickham is going to be a good player for a long time, if he leaves you guys. JackredandWhite 171
Will be fun seeing you guys relegated. Have fun down there! So you'd rather see a club like Hull, Burnley, Leicester stay up than us? Just because we had the audacity to take a point? There's a lot of good lads on here and you're the first nob I've come up against but I suppose every board has them.
