He had a row with Porterfield apparently, our manager then, and then we signed the equivalent of Torres in the Summer -Mr Robert Fucking FleckFact.Robert Fleck, the season before, Norwich had done us 3-0 at The Bridge and he scored a screamer. He was never prolific though. He just never got off the ground, ran himself silly but it just didn't work. I was at the League Cup game vs Walsall when he grabbed the ball off Ernie (I think), and scored the penalty. Clive Allen was great for us. Porterfield's man management was pants, to say the least.
